Katharine went above and beyond, making our family’s Christmas stay a wonderful experience. She furnished the home beautifully with tasteful Christmas decorations and comfortable furniture. She had also put up a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. She personally greeted us with a basket of cookies, and she showed us the important details about the house to make our stay pleasant. The house had just about everything we needed for a wonderfully memorable trip. There’s room inside the house and outside on the grounds to spread out. Lots of places to explore for kids. We very much appreciated the serenity and quiet, which we have at our own home. We loved seeing a bald eagle fly by several times daily, beside the geese, ducks, and loons. If we are ever this way again, we would stay here in a heartbeat.

The communication with Josh was top notch! I’m a pretty busy person and don’t always get to messages or have time to follow up, but I didn’t need to! Josh was on it with clear instructions every step of the way! The view was phenomenal and it was surprisingly private. Most homes on the lake are right next to each other but this home gave awesome views without being on top of the neighbors! 10/10!!

Great place for a family get together of all ages. Lots to do without ever leaving: swim, paddleboard, yard games, hang out on the deck watching the osprey and bald eagles. Hope to get back.

we really enjoyed our stay at Margaret's place. the surroundings are beautiful, the home is beautiful, and Margaret was very accommodating. it was easy to get in and out, the rules were reasonable, and we really enjoyed ourselves. thank you, margaret!

Gorgeous setting on the river!! The garden was beautiful, the home had everything we needed to cook fabulous meals including a nice grill on the deck. We used the kayaks to venture up and down the river each day and loved the hot tub each evening overlooking the river. We saw eagles each morning as we enjoyed our coffee on the wonderful deck. The red squirrels were entertaining as well. Can’t wait to book our return visit!!

Dan was so accomadating with his rental. I had an emergency and needed a place to stay immediately and his place was ready to go and he was very responsive, as usual.

Wonderful and relaxing stay! The house was walking distance to downtown and everything about the house felt like home! We are already planning our next stay here!

We loved our stay here at Allison’s home. This was more like a B&B experience and Alli is an amazing host that goes out of her way to help you feel at home, relaxed and comfortable while still giving you total privacy. The accommodations are beautiful and comfortable. Great water pressure, lovely den and kitchen area, fast internet and great TV options. We loved the hot tub and sauna. A must if you visit- indulge! Honestly, we wished we had booked more time here as it was the most relaxed we had been our entire trip. We will plan to come back when we visit Idaho again in a few months without a doubt. Don’t hesitate to book your time here. You will be glad you did!!

Kelsey’s place was perfect for our quick vacation. Our kids absolutely loved the hot tub and the back yard. I think we tried almost all of Kelsey’s restaurant recommendations and they were all great. Kelsey was an amazing host and we can’t wait to stay there again on our next trip to Coeur D’Alene!

It was beautiful, quiet, and the dock access was perfect for our kayaks and paddle boards. It was great being able to bring my poodle and not have to worry about finding a pet sitter. Sheri was friendly and very responsive throughout the whole process. Everyone enjoyed playing foosball and hanging out at the fire pit outside. It was a nice touch to have extra life vests to use seeing as we totally forgot our life vests so that was literally a life safer! The hot tub was clean and ready to go when we got there which made it so easy to use! Lots of space for our whole group to eat on the patio and plenty of beds for everyone to be comfortable. Lastly, I have to mention the view from all three decks on the house. You almost need to try to not get a lake view while on the property. Our family is already talking about when we can come back!!

Would rent this place again. Great location. Loved you can walk out the front door and head right to the trail, parks, dog parks, river, and even a coffee shop not too far away. This house is so well decorated, they go the extra mile, and if you’re a coffee lover they have everything. For as busy as the area is the neighborhood was pretty quiet and everyone was friendly. Backyard was perfect for a small dog. Thanks for the great stay.

Walking distance to Dover City Beach & Marina. We bicycled into town Sandpoint for Dinner. It was a cozy spot and also had more room than I anticipated.

The perfect place to stay for our family! We are from Western Washington & where over for my sisters wedding. The house was super spacious and comfy, with separate wings for each person to stay in! The house house has a fully stocked kitchen with all that you need, beds were super comfy & everything was clean! We would recommend to anyone & stay again for sure!

Very beautiful property. We are familiar with the area. Water access and toys are great; the extra gas fire table by the water is awesome for evenings. Clean, large enough for everyone to find personal space, and have fun gatherings with everyone. Owners were very communicative when we had questions. Will definitely stay there again for one of @liveatandres concerts next year! We really appreciated it!

Absolutely wonderful home, super peaceful and very well maintained. We had a wonderful time enjoying the lake and relaxing after our daily activities. We are looking forward to coming back again in the future and highly recommend this rental.

Whether you need a great getaway or a treat for a respectful group of employees staying out of town for a week I recommend this spot. I had all 3 employees personally thank me for finding such a nice place to call home for a week. The communication and responsiveness was great and the instructions of expectations were very clear. We rented this family getaway for our family, and it was absolutely beautiful. It was quiet and serene and the cabin “hardly can say cabin” because it was big and spacious was so perfectly decorated! It had a dock and anything we needed! Our bonus was Jeff next door was so amazing, he let the kids be kids and offered his paddle board and paddle boat and anything we needed or asked for he was great! He went out of his way to make us feel at home.

The location was perfect for our trip. We enjoyed the available paddle boat with the 5-year old with us. Nice dock. Beautiful view of the lake/river. The house was very comfortable for the 5 of us and we enjoyed the details the host provided. We have friends in the immediate area and would likely try to utilize this place again on a future journey!

10/10 would book again! Great way to end our ski season!!!!
