Mockingbird Cottage on Lookout Mountain, GA

Our cottage is located on the Georgia side of Lookout Mountain, just ten minutes from downtown Chattanooga, Tennessee. It is attached to our house and features one large bedroom/living room combination, 2 full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. There is a queen size bed and a queen pullout sofa bed. It is a quaint and private cottage located across the street from the iconic Lookout Mountain attraction, Rock City. The cottage is also conveniently located next door to a Starbucks coffee shop.

The Belvedere Box at On The Rocks Tiny Home Container

Welcome to The Belvedere Box at On The Rocks, a unique repurposed cargo container getaway atop Lookout Mountain, Georgia. The Belvedere, meaning beautiful view, is situated in the western brow and features amazing sunset views. The Belvedere Box is a true place to relax and meditate, therefore there is no access to television. There are 2 shared fire pits located at each end of the property. Firewood is provided along with ingredients to make s'mores.

This cozy getaway blends into Lookout Mountain and emphasizes the beauty of the land inside and out. Every room draws natural light and calm. Convenient drive to all of Chattanooga's natural wonders, a short distance from charming Lookout Mountain town life and St. Elmo neighborhood. Our good friend Sarah and her pup Timber live in a separate apartment downstairs, and tend the garden during the season.
