Μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει έως 3 άτομα και αποτελείται από μια καλά εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και ένα μικρό σαλόνι με καναπέ-κρεβάτι στο ισόγειο και 1 ευέλικτο υπνοδωμάτιο και 1 μπάνιο στον πρώτο όροφο. Στο μπροστινό μέρος του ισογείου υπάρχει βεράντα και στον 1ο όροφο ένα μικρό μπαλκόνι.
