The garage can be used to store your bikes or ski's and parking available in front of house for vehicles. Walking out the front door is a beautiful view of Longs Peak and the Rocky Mountains. I have two "Scottish Fold" cats who live in my space so, if you have cat allergies this may not be the place for you.

Mother-in-law suite (duplex) set up with comfort in mind. It has a comfortable Queen size bed and a separate living room space with a smart TV and a comfy sofa. Has kitchenette with all utensils and eating accoutrements available for your use as well as private access to washer and dryer *UPDATE: a trundle bed has been added to the living room. The space now sleeps up to 4 people! Close access to hiking trails in Lyons, Boulder, Rocky Mountain National Park and more! No pets allowed.

Come stay in our recently built and thoroughly modern carriage house in Prospect - named "America's Coolest Neighborhood" by Dwell magazine. The space has a full kitchen and is a one bedroom, one bath carriage house that sleeps up to four people. Prospect is a new urban development with tree-lined streets, multiple parks, restaurants, and retail stores. This comfortable, quite, and uncluttered space was just constructed in 2016 and sits above our garage with no shared walls.
