Easy access to varied local walks, commons, pubs, the Stroudwater Canal & Stroud, with it's award winning Farmers' Market. It has been lovingly & extensively renovated. All the rooms have amazing views & the kitchen leads onto a terraced garden, with an area to play boules. Dogs welcome, by arrangement please. Access by meet & greet or key safe. Off road parking for 2 cars.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two (but has a travel cot as well) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

A unique one bedroom detached stone cottage built in 1807, with far reaching views over the historic village of Avening to Gatcombe Wood. The recently refurbished house, with log burning stove, south facing lounge/kitchen/dining room, bedroom, en-suite and dry stone walled courtyard garden, will provide a cosy retreat. The cottage is available with a super king size bed. Alternatively, twin beds with prior notice. The kitchen is equipped with fridge, hob, oven, dishwasher and microwave.

A Grade II listed 2-bedroom cottage, in a charming Cotswolds area, steeped in history and character, with original windows, traditional flagstone flooring, stone walls, oak beams and a fireplace. All rooms have lovely little window seats. Enjoy your own orchard at the end of the garden, perfect for a BBQ or picnic. The Cottage also includes free off-street parking. We love the local walks, views and the quintessential little Cotswolds high street only minutes walk from the cottage.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

In the centre of beautiful Minchinhampton, this detached cosy cottage is open plan in design and tastefully renovated throughout with plenty of modern conveniences. Set in our quiet pretty garden, and with on-site parking + Type 2 EV charger, a perfect getaway. Minnow Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old Cotswold cottage set on a little stream in the charming and quirky village of Chalford . Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.
