Majestic sunsets over the South Puget Sound await you at our 70's themed A-frame house, which sits on the edge of a peaceful saltwater cove, where kingfishers, herons, and river otters play. Our house is in a small rural community on the southwest coast of the Key Peninsula, 90 minutes from Seattle, and 45 minutes from Tacoma. We have everything you need for a relaxing get-away: a well-equipped kitchen, books and board games, turntable and records, and a smart TV. Well-behaved dogs are welcome!

Cottage in the Gardens

Extensive beautiful gardens give everyone the ambiance of a very, very peaceful place. Many love to connect with the friendly farm animals. The BNB is very comfortable & private. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Just a mile off the freeway, its easy access to the salt water, walking paths & parks, restaurants, museums, stores. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

Located on 6+ acres of forested land, staying at the cabin feels like you’re at your own little mountain retreat, even though you’re close to town and plenty of other things to explore. The bedroom features bunk beds (perfect for little ones) while the loft features a mid-century modern Queen bed for the grown-ups. Basic kayaks, inflatables, and life jackets are provided! Front and back decks with patio sets. Walk in the woods or the two waterfront parks on the island. Basic breakfast, coffee, tea, snacks, condiments and spices are provided.

Get away for a weekend or longer and enjoy this peaceful retreat with its stunning views of Mt. Rainier and the South Sound islands. The historic house has plenty of room to spread out and, comfortable spaces to gather together. Launch your kayaks (provided) from the private beach or dock, then paddle around and explore Filucy Bay. For fine dining (or just great, casual food), visit nearby Gig Harbor or stay and cook in the well-equipped kitchen.

Waterfront Cabin on the Sound

Looking for a quiet place to get away “glamp” - our special cabin is the place for you. The cabin is SMALL and cozy. It features a queen bed in upstairs sleeping loft as well as a couch that pulls out into a double size sleeper, covered kitchen & private hot shower located OUTSIDE. There's an easy-to-use Incenelet toilet. Someone will meet you to go over check-in when you arrive. We allow you to bring 2 dogs for a $50 fee each.
