We had a great stay! The host was super communicative and made sure we had all the information we needed to find the parking lot, check in, etc. They even gave us a heads-up when the weather started to turn, so that we could plan accordingly. The room was comfortable and very spacious, and the location was super convenient. Even with a winter storm hitting, we were able to walk to coffee shops, great restaurants, and multiple bookstores. Would definitely recommend!

Second time staying here, and would stay again. The rooms are small, but clean and comfortable. Hosts helpful and responsive. We were able to get a last minute early check-in, which was great. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. We like that it is budget friendly (for the area) and clean, and family owned!

My husband and I were in the area just for the night to pick up a family member for a road trip. The location in the Depot Square connected to me, as my mom used to take me to the Farm Shoppe when I was little. I wish I had the time to eat there but we left very early. The location was convenient, different for sure - but well done. Easy, spacious, comfortable & clean. Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay again when visiting back home.

Smythe house was just what my husband and I were looking for during a cozy fall weekend in the Catskills. We never saw Justine but she was very communicative and responsive to anything we needed. We were late in checking in and she didn’t mind at all. The b&b is in a great location, convenient to hiking trails and other Catskills attractions. We would definitely stay here again!

I visited here with my 10yo son who loves jazz. The flophouse is a quick walk from two different subway stations. The place had character and we felt as if we were stepping back in time to a bygone era. We listened to Rene's music group, Strawberry Mouth, for an evening "Tuesday is Blues Day" performance. Very glad we stayed a little bit outside of the main Manhattan hustle.

Second time here, really wish to stay here longer. Such a cozy place I love it a lot! The bed is way too comfortable just can’t get up. We came back to see The host Mrs Doris and her husband Jon. Jon was also surprised to see us and we are happy to see him still as happy as before! Definitely a nice place to stay for getaway!

Nice hotel with pool and rooms a little more bigger than common rooms in nyc. Very clean. Excellent hotel. If I had to point out something to improve, it would be the food options.

This is a great place to stay at if you are traveling to Long Island. Quiet, clean, and personnel at the front desk are really friendly. The LIRR is close making it easy to travel to NYC. 100% recommend.

Prime location, the balcony over looking the drag shows is a must. We used Ethan’s services twice because it was that good. Very communicative, very easy, we just had a blast. Will definitely come again next year!

Absolutely awesome stay. More amenities than I originally thought. It was really awesome to see an oven there! Definitely will be back again.

We booked here for a little 'staycation' for our first wedding anniversary! The weather wasn't great, but it worked to our advantage and we got an upgrade :) The ladies at the front were very kind and welcoming. The location is perfect right off the ferry and in the main village, walking distance to everything. We would definitely stay here again!!

Chef Step was a great host! He was incredibly accommodating and super kind. I ended up getting food poisoning and he made me tea and got me some medicine which was very much appreciated. The first morning that we were there, he even cooked for us - chicken and waffles 10/10. I would 1000% stay with Chef Step next time I am in NYC.

Sascha is an absolutely wonderful host -- always ready to offer help, and to make sure you feel at home. Her place is impeccably clean, and has both the privacy and the community that you might need, especially in a long stay. Highly recommend.

My reservation at Wavecrest Resort was one of the most beautiful stays I’ve ever had! The pictures provided in the listing do not do the property justice! Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the studio came with everything we need! All cooking utensils, plates, bowls and cups, a burner plate, hair dryer and the most gorgeous views! The tv also comes with all your favorite apps loaded and ready to play! Overall, I would 1000% recommend booking the Wavecrest Resort for your next stay! :)

I stayed at Jennifer's place for business and loved it. I loved the hardwood floors and antique furniture. Jennifer was wonderfully hospitable and I had a relaxing evening before a long day of work -- Just what I needed.

Wonderful place, very modern, clean , designed and furnished with a lot of love. Also the garden was extraordinary, and we loved the fire pit! Nery was very friendly, proactive and professional.
