Walking distance to restaurants and shops on retro row, a stones throw to the beach and a short bike ride or drive to Belmont shore and downtown. Our home has kept its old style charm but has all the modern amenities you need. Central AC, washer dryer, & stocked kitchen. We also have beach towels & beach chairs. For families w/ children we can supply a Pack & Play, booster seat, toys, mama roo, and baby brezza.

Two short blocks to the beach and miles of walking and biking trails. Close to CSULB, Alamitos Bay, Shoreline Village and Marina, Convention Center, Pine Street, The Pike, Retro Row, and Belmont Shore. We're less than 25 miles to Disneyland. Staples center is 25 miles away. The boat terminal for Catalina Island is nearby.

The apartment is pet friendly and a cozy 700sf. The apartment is a part of a 4 unit house that has a nice sunroom and a landscaped yard. It includes a full kitchen with breakfast table. The couch in the living room converts into a queen size bed. The apartment is a 10 minutes walk to the center of downtown and a 20 minutes walk to the beach, marina, and convention center. Parking is in the drive way, please it is very IMPORTANT to pull all the way forward in the drive way.

Our house can accommodate 9+ people for family or business trip. Enjoy the OCEAN view and HUGE backyard. FULL size TENNIS court for kids to play! Bikes, scooters, tennis rackets, basketballs, and more are provided. Steps away from beach access. A complete replacement of laundered linens/towels is setup for every reservation.
