Quiet retreat by Caddo lake with private boat ramp. Launch your own boat, or use kayaks. Filming of the movie produced by M. Night Shyamalan "Caddo Lake" was seen from the waterfront of Pelican Place. The patio is perfect for grilling dinner while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Caddo Lake. Take it easy at the Lone Star Cabin. This cabin is located in northeast Texas in a country setting only 10 minutes from Interstate 30 in New Boston and 20 minutes from Texarkana. If you’re just passing through or needing a get a way this cabin is sure to meet your needs. 1 bedroom with queen bed, 1 bath and fully stocked kitchen. The sofa has a full size bed and loft has a twin futon mattress. There is also a washer and dryer. Outside there is a sitting area with fire pit and a charcoal grill.

Nettles Nest is a rustic cabin nestled in the piney woods of northeast Texas in the small town of Redwater, just outside of Texarkana. It is located on a 5 acre lake. It's a great place to unplug. No Wifi. Fish (bring your own pole,etc.), swim, paddleboat, kayak, relax on the deck or under the pavilion. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families , and pets (2 maximum) No large groups. No parties.
