Around the corner from Dillons grocery store and just a short drive to campus and Mass street. Walk to the up-and-coming Barker neighborhood and grab fresh baked goods and an artisan coffee.

This beautiful country setting is located on a paved road next to a producing vineyard and winery. The views of the countryside and pond are memorable. Enjoy a stroll through the vineyard and watch the grapes grow! If you book during harvest, you are welcome to help pick grapes watch them become wine! Our condo is located very close to KU and city bus. There is an on-site swimming pool and one assigned covered parking stall. This is a ground floor unit with a small set of stairs to access the front door. There is a public golf course right next to the complex. A washer and dryer in the unit, along with some personal hygiene products.
