We are conveniently located just a 5 min. drive (20 min. walk) to downtown Lawrence, an 11 min. drive to Allen Fieldhouse and a 5 min. drive to the I-70 entrance/exit.

The laundry area has a washer, dryer, and a tankless water heater. The bath has a white vanity with Silestone counter, and sun tunnel.
