We are located in between High St. and Indianola Ave., giving you immediate access to Interstate 71 and OH-315. This is the place to stay! Short term or longer, we've got you covered. OSU games and graduation? We're 5 miles away! Transportation issues? We have access to COTA at High, Morse, and Indianola. Going to a game or event at Nationwide or Huntington Park? We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!

1868 Italianate Casa

Our home was built in 1868, we have had a lot of fun breathing new life into this old beauty. We are a work in progress. You will find vision boards on what are goals for preserving this old but beautiful place. The decor is very comfortable and relaxing. We are within walking distance to great restaurants, coffee shops, antique stores, and clothing boutiques.
