Only 10 minutes walk from iconic sites: Fisherman's Wharf, Little Italy, Chinatown, Coit Tower, Lombard (Crookedest) St, and the cable car stops just around the corner. This is a single family home. I live in the top floor of this residential unit. Guests occupy the ground floor. My home is a safe space for folks from all minority and marginalized groups. I welcome Guests of all races, faiths, genders and sexual orientations.

You will only be a few steps to the Marina waterfront, beach, and Crissy Field. If you look toward your left, you can’t miss the iconic Golden Gate Bridge. You can stroll to Chestnut Street and Union Street where you will find restaurants and trendy store fronts.

Stunning views of Mount Tamalpais off the deck. Modern appliances, quartz counters and oak hardwood floors. Large windows and french doors allow year round sun. Enjoy hiking and mountain biking at trailheads just a short walk or ride down the road. Make the drive to West Marin and the Wine Country. This downstairs unit is quiet, private and recently remodeled. This unit has a 50" TV with internet TV, WIFI, full size couch, full-size kitchen and a luxurious king-sized bed. The outside deck is the perfect location to take in the amazing views, relax and recharge for your next beach adventure.

This ocean-view home just received two high-end makeovers - First, was the main house with a new top-of-the-line chef's kitchen, new bathrooms, and new livings areas. Second, the detached studio also underwent a high-end remodel with new kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Additionally, a new multi-tier redwood deck and hot tub was installed. This is a residential neighborhood and outdoor volumes must be kept at a minimum at all times. No parties or loud gatherings.
