My wife and I took our two boys (ages 9, 13) on this trip. They both love beach time. This location was great for short outings at the attached beach, but also driving to other beaches that are just 20-30 minutes away. Things that made the trip so much easier, and so much better: -Recreational stuff provided, like coolers, boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, and more. Our boys spent hours on those boogie boards. -Washer/dryer: Great for a longer trip. -Kitchen stuff: If you stock up, you can prep meals at "home". This provides all the pots, pans, knives, etc. to make yourself at home.

We love Aquátika and Cesar is so responsive and helpful and professional. His home feels like a home away from home. The penthouse is so cozy and we will back.

Habacuc was very responsive about the whole process, even when we were there. We had a couple of questions and he answered them in a very timely manner and filled the air in the balls as requested. We felt the description and pictures of the place and the resort were very accurate. I even thought the space was nicer than depicted in pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and we never needed anything major for general cooking and cleaning.

This is a beautiful place to bring your family. The location is wonderful and near both a large pool and the beach. The amenities make it an easy stay. There are lots of beach towels in addition to the bath towels, in unit washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, and the roof top patio is amazing! Bring your family here and have a great time!

Lugar tranquilo y acogedor. Nos sentimos como en casa. Seguramente volvamos a quedarnos aquí cuando necesitemos ir a área metropolitana.

Pedro & Marisol were Great hosts! The Air bnb, was very clean and cute & they made us feel right at home! We loved it so much we had even extended our stay longer :) very responsive and helpful whenever we needed something as well. definitely recommend & can’t wait to visit and book again !

This was a perfect place for our group of five. It was extremely clean, which we appreciated all the more knowing how hard it is to keep it so on an island. Everything we needed was in the house and more (games, beach chairs, plenty of towels). Kitchen, bathrooms and laundry worked great for us. We landed on a day with an island-wide power blackout and were pleasantly surprised to find the doors and front gate check-in were all working. This was a good area to stay in to travel to Old San Juan and the rainforest. There were a few restaurants in the area (we really liked El Parrilla) but we drove to the Walmart for groceries. You will need to drive to get around but we expected that. The pool in front of the apartment was out of service, but we had been told it would be when we booked, and the other pools were all up and usable on the property. If anything, we appreciated it was probably quieter for us at night. Would love to stay here again!

A Perfect Stay – Highly Recommended! I had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment I arrived, everything was spotless, beautifully set up, and just as described (if not better). The host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I felt at home throughout my stay. The space was cozy, stylish, and equipped with everything I needed. Angel’s studio is a gift. Peace-filled, modern, comfortable and beautifully,, thoughtfully appointed. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. He is a responsive and gracious host. ;-) You will be fully satosfied when you stay in his studio!

Excelente lugar, me sentí como en casa. super limpio y organizado. Tenía acceso a cafe, entre otros. Las camas super comodas. Tenía agua caliente en baño funcionando perfectamente. El lugar es tranquilo. Definitivamente me quedaria de nuevo.

Great stay! New build, with wonderful amenities. Real clean space. Power did go out twice while we there, came back pretty quickly.

It’s a reasonable price for staying a few days in Puerto Rico for one to two people just wish it had some water and other amenities but it was easygoing and Daniel was easy communicating!

The apartment is literally 11 minutes away from the airport. Parking lot right next to the door, cute little porch. The outside is very lit up. I arrived at 2am and I was very comfortable getting out and opening the door. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures very clean. The linen on the bed was white so you can tell that it was very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The AC was on for our arrival which was very nice because it was very hot. Overall I would definitely stay here again 10 out of 10 do recommend.

Really appreciate Hugo for all that he did. My family and I had to book this Airbnb last minute and he accepted right away and even allowed us to check in early. My family is very appreciative and we hope to stay here again in the future! Thank you!!

Never have been to Puerto Rico before. Vacationed other places around the area. Fred and Vanes response time was the best I had ever dealt with on Airbnb. The place was super clean, there was little to no bugs. All the directions were accurate. When we had our time there, we experienced a power outage. Which we were freaking out about food, charging phones, what to do. The host communicated all the time with us, There is a back up stove/grill, there is also flash lights. It was tough to gauge what was going on and what to do. Fred and Vane shared with us that they don't know when the power would be back on. Met some of their neighbors out in the hallways and they were amazing and supportive (water, ice bags, what to do in the situation) Fred and Vane also shared with us great hidden beaches, places to eat, and where to go during the day to enjoy Puerto Rico. We did all of their suggestions and it was an amazing time. I would 100% rent from them again. If i could leave a tip I would.

This place was amazing. You get so much for the price…the pools, the beach, everything. The apartment was beautiful and spacious. Lots of room to relax and full of chairs, balls, a beach wagon, a cooler, and umbrella…everything you need for a beach day. This was our first time in Puerto Rico and my favorite thing to do on the whole trip was just hang out at the apartment with the pools and beach within walking distance.

The unit was great and comfortable. It had everything we needed for the beach. The kids enjoyed the pool toys and floating vests! This was a great plus for me. We enjoyed our time there at the pools and at the beach. I appreciated the security and the amenities at the location. The host was available and very responsive. I appreciated Norka's communication.

This is the second time my family and I stay and this place. It’s a great location with a few pools to choose from whenever you want to go for a swim. Specially if you have little ones, this is the ideal place. I would definitely stay again.

This was our second time staying at anfitrion’s place in aquatika and it was great. So nice to be able to walk to pools and the beach.

My three children and I had an amazing week. The roof top was perfect for them warm nights. Everything was just perfect. Cute little grocery store at the corner or the entrance was such a bonus. Thank you again we will definitely be back!
