Gorgeous Lake House in the Lochwood subdivision! Featuring 3 bedrooms, suite on main level w/ king sized bed and bathroom, 2 bedrooms in the basement w/ queen beds, large living room in basement w/ 2 pull out couches, and twin bunk. The club house is in the backyard of the home and includes a fitness center,pool table, foosball, pool,and hot tub. (Pool and hot tub open Memorial day-Labor day). Bear Lake and Marina are across the street! Beds for 12 ppl, licensed for 16 ppl, parking for 4-5 cars.

Paper products provided as the only sink is in the bathroom. Mountain Valley Retreat is great for outdoor enthusiasts who enjoy year-round sports. After a full day of skiing, biking, golfing, or hiking, enjoy the community hot tub (open) or pool (open through 22nd September). The one-bedroom unit is located on the ground floor, offering mountain views. Wi-Fi, DirecTV, and Blu-ray are available. There is plenty of uncovered parking. Nearby Ogden city boasts the third-best Main Street in America (historic 25th Street)!
