Our group of 6 kids and 2 adults had a wonderful stay. The living areas were spacious and the kids could really spread out for their own activities while the adults hung out in the main living space. We loved all the activities at the house, especially pickleball and basketball. Would love to return during summer months to take advantage of the pool!

Stayed here with multiple families and kids and it was perfect!! The kids loved being on their own floor in the basement and every couple had their own bedroom! The common area was spacious and plenty of dining space!! We had an amazing time having game tournaments in the game area as well!

Bryan was an amazing host, his property was truly 1 of 1, amazing backyard and perfect home to bring your family even closer! on a quiet street and close proximity to the great nightlife Athens offers. Michael's place was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the amenities and spaciousness of the property. The game room provided endless entertainment for everyone in our group - we had some seriously competitive pool tournaments! The movie room was perfect for unwinding after busy days, complete with comfortable seating and excellent sound quality. The outdoor space was where this property truly shines. The pool area became our daily retreat, perfect for both energetic splashing and relaxing floats. The hot tub was divine, especially in the evenings under the stars. We spent countless hours enjoying these outdoor amenities. What really sets this place apart is how well it accommodates groups. We had a blast! We came down for a weekend with 3 couples and 4 children and the house was the perfect size and space! The pool is awesome and the lake and surrounding area are awesome! 100% will stay again and recommend to others!

This house was by far the best AirBnB rental I have stayed at. Jackie and her family have went above and beyond to make us feel right at home and worry free. The house was furnished with everything you would possibly need. The location is ideal to all of the main attractions in Hocking Hills. Her instructions and recommendations prior to arriving were spot on. The hiking trails on the property are well kept and easy to follow! My dogs absolutely loved being off leash running around the property and trails. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with friends, family, and fur babies! This was a great place for my family to stay for my son‘s graduation from OU. We did not realize it was a bit further out than we had expected, but overall we had a wonderful time. The spaces were amazing with great amenities and we were even able to take a walk up and down the road, which was so quiet and peaceful.

Ashtok was a great host and the accommodations were great for the price. It was nice to have an attached garage for parking. I will stay again when I need a place walkable to downtown and the OU campus!

From the moment we arrived, it felt like a home away from home—but with way more fun! The pickleball court was a hit with everyone, and the kids couldn’t get enough of the outdoor play area and game room. Mornings on the porch in the cozy egg chairs, sipping coffee while soaking in the beautiful views, were pure magic. The house was spotless, spacious, and filled with thoughtful touches. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well each night. It was the kind of place that brings people together, where laughter comes easy and memories are made effortlessly. We came for a getaway, but we left with full hearts and stories we’ll be telling for years. Thank you for creating such a special space. We can’t wait to come back!

2025 was our 3rd year staying at the Farmhouse. Not elegant, but very clean and friendly. For us, it is a base of operations for motorcycle riding the crooked and curvy and well paved roads of SE Ohio. It you are a rider, this is a great area to ride and this house is right in the middle of it. Beautiful country all around. If you are not riding, this still is an area of pretty rolling farmland. Don't miss the city of Marietta and the Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption there. Make sure to have breakfast or lunch at the Blue Bell Diner on the town square. Very good food and atmosphere.

This place was perfect for Mom's weekend at OU. It was about a 10 minute drive to campus.

This house was really nicely decorated/remodeled. The bed was comfy and the porch was great to sit on in the morning while drinking coffee. It was the perfect getaway to disconnect - close to the state park and golf course. The hot tub and massage chair were great to have after hiking and golfing.

Great place with everything you need to enjoy your stay . Worked out perfectly for OU graduation with family plenty of fun and relaxation at the cabin inside and out. As nice as pictures show

What a beautiful location. This airbnb checked all the boxes for us. We were visiting our son at OU, this was approximately 20 minutes from campus. Very clean and just like the pictures. Everything seemed new and updated. We were the only people on the property and enjoyed walking a bit, too rainy to go far. I felt safe enough to even have visited by myself. Can't think of even a suggestion I would make, perfect place!

The property is amazing and was extremely clean! Markus and Danielle are great hosts who maintain their property well and were very helpful with the instructions and other questions that I had. Rooms and bathrooms were spotless and very spacious. It's a great place for a large group of people! Also, they have portable speakers in every room!

Cute place very clean and exactly as described. Check-in was easy and although we had to cut our stay short was well worth the bunny.
