The home was perfect for our yearly spring fishing trip having a boat launch in the back yard and dock. We come to Logan Martin every year in April and have stayed with several other host but this place "location wise" was probably the best. Was hoping to be able to use the dock slips but they had boats in them. Also the thermostat kept changing to 80 degrees. We would leave for a couple hours fishing and come back and inside the home was hot. Other than that everything was great. Would stay again.

Words cannot fully capture the warm feeling I experienced when I opened the door to Miss Roxanne's home and life. Roxanne is an artist whose art adorns the walls, creating a fabulous atmosphere. The house is well-furnished, with comfortable beds and lovely bed linens. The kitchen is well-stocked, making cooking and enjoying family meals easy. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with the lake steps away. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting Miss Roxanne and Mr.Tom, who lives next door. They are so kind and have great stories about the history of the area and their homes. The pictures do not do the home justice; it's much nicer!

Staying at Brooke’s stunning home on the lake was an absolute dream. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how immaculately clean everything was, so clean that we could walk around barefoot and feel completely at ease. The attention to detail was obvious in every corner. The view of the lake was breathtaking, and the peaceful, quiet surroundings made it feel like a true escape. It was the perfect blend of comfort and serenity. Brooke’s hospitality was just as impressive as her home. Her dedication and care truly showed, from thoughtful touches around the house to her quick and kind communication. You can tell she puts her heart into what she does. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

Our stay here was fantastic, highly recommend! Excellent location on the lake, beautiful and peaceful area, friendly neighbors, and lots of “extras” that were provided such as kayaks and life vests. The house was clean and very large, stocked with anything that would be needed, had expansive decking, and it was very comfortable. Definitely would stay here again!

The vacation was beautiful. We loved just hanging out on the dock and kayaking up and down the lake. We enjoyed fishing and playing pool. We loved it so much that we spent the majority at the house hanging out on the dock. Laura was friendly, prompt in responses, and helpful.

We had a great stay. The location was beautiful, and everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed the game room in the garage. Everything was clean and as described. It was conveniently located 25 minutes from Talladega, which was so easy. We would definitely return.

To say this place is absolutely amazing is an understatement. Don't pass this place up, you will definitely be sorry. The mill and property is beautiful. The Mill/house was clean, the bedrooms were huge, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of dishes, utinsels, etc., We stayed here for race weekend, and unfortunately didn't get to venture out to the lakes to go fishing. Payton was an awesome host, he responded to all questions I had within 10 - 20 min. Would definitely go back.

This was the second time I had stayed here and I love the place . It’s close to where I am working and is quiet.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our visit! We immediately fell in love with the entire property. The lake setting was gorgeous, home decor was on point and super inviting and absolutely stocked anything you may need. We felt like we were living the pages of a Southern Living magazine! Our kids had the best time playing in the water and practicing casting their new fishing rods. We loved everything about our stay and the relaxing energy it brought over us all. Pam & Tom were so hospitable and accommodating. We will definitely return. Chef’s kiss!

Roxanne was an amazing host! Would highly recommend this place. There was a slight water emergency and it was handled efficiently and fast. Place had amazing views and comfy beds. Hot tub was wonderful after coming off the lake.

We had ages 12 to 92 and everyone loved the accommodations and the peaceful atmosphere of the lake. Great place at this time of year! My Mom enjoyed her birthday (92) …. It was wonderful to have the screened in porch so she could watch the kids in the kayaks!

Me and 7 friends stayed at Zach’s Airbnb for this years NASCAR race at Talladega, and we could not have picked a nicer spot or a better host. The place feels very remote and peaceful, and is such a nice retreat for trips with friends or family. Everything at the rental worked flawlessly with no issue and every inch of it was clean upon arrival. Also with 8 people, we fit just fine and each person was in a bed with no issues. Zach himself was very accommodating and responsive for our entire stay, and we couldn’t have asked for a friendlier and more helpful person to host us for the long weekend. He even brought us fishing poles and tackle in the middle of the night so we could enjoy the private lake! All-in-all, truly an impressive rental and fantastic value for the price. I absolutely will be back one day to again enjoy the rental and the area, and I am sure we will have the same tremendous experience.

Beautiful home and a peaceful area. Lake was a little farther than we thought from the description and was rather dirty, but it’s a shared area. The treehouse was sort of wobbly which made us a little nervous, but overall a nice stay and super cute!

Home was beautiful! I rented this home for my niece birthday, so she could have a sleepover with friends. She also wanted the option to have a nice view of the lake. This house provides everything you can think of. My two teens even had privacy upstairs, while the younger girls had downstairs. Matt was very responsive to all of my questions. The only negative about the area is the signal dies, and I left the house to go to Walmart and almost forgot to start the gps. There’s also plenty of space to park outside the home, and the home is tucked away so you’re not disturbing others or being disturbed. It’s a 5 star rental and if needed again I would choose here…
