Brittany and Sarrah were both welcoming and caring in regards to making sure I was comfortable. Sarrah was able to answer any questions I had & helped me get into the building promptly. They were able to help with minor issues.

We absolutely loved our stay! The building has so much character, and the intentional unfinished design gave it such a cool, industrial vibe. Parking was surprisingly perfect—even with our Sprinter Van, we found spacious street spots right in front of the huge windows. The space was amazing for kids—super open, and our oldest even said, “I love this house, it’s so cool!” My husband, who’s all about modern industrial style, said this was his dream space. The shower felt like a spa with its strong water pressure, and the preserved old elevator was a charming touch. You can tell the host put heart and soul into creating a fun, memorable experience. We’re so grateful we got to stay here and we hope every other guests will treat this place with respect and be grateful during their stay! Host is 100% SUPERHOST no doubt! Very clear instructions with thoughtfulness. Nothing to complain about customer service! I would 1000% stay here again!!!!

We enjoyed our girl trip to The Flats. We are from Nashville and had never been to Birmingham before. We liked that the building/entry was easy to navigate and we were close to the elevator and parking. I’m glad we had our car as far as getting to attractions but it seemed pretty safe in the area of the air b and b for walking. Thanks!

The space was labeled artistic and we loved all the details that were in the space. It was very cozy easy to come and go. The location was great close to everything. The most time we spent traveling was 20 minutes to get somewhere. They were very helpful with recommendations on things to do in the area. Hospitality was great. We definitely will keep this one on our list as a place to stay when we’re in town and recommend to friends and family.

We loved this place. We have stayed in other apartments in this building and this is by far our favorite. The bed was great. The furniture was great. Pool is a plus. Close to restaurants. Tracy was quick to respond. We enjoyed it.

Booked this for one of our employees for a temporary stay in Ashland, AL. The employee was very happy with the stay and the amenities provided at the AirBnb. It was a clean, charming place for a temporary stay.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this place! The pictures do not do it justice. It was clean, comfortable, spacious, in a safe neighborhood, not far from town but not in the middle of the hustle/bustle, close to the interstate, and perfectly located between Birmingham and Talladega. Wendy was responsive and flexible when our flight was delayed by multiple hours, and we weren’t able to arrive until the wee hours of the morning. She even left the lights on outside so we could see to get in and had water/snacks there for us. Check-in was a breeze, and check out requests were reasonable. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

I stayed at this location for a month and the place is extremely comfortable, the office area in the back is great to work from and the front porch is great to relax on in the evenings.

Great space with a huge shower and comfortable bed and couch. Perfect size for a couple. Great central location. Was under 10mins to everywhere we went.

I have stayed at Eden Brae at least 6 times with my husband and son. Sometimes we have brought my golden doodle. We stay here for the uniqueness and location. We visit Children's of Alabama for my sons doctors appointments and it's 10-12 minutes from there. Very convenient and plenty of restaurants within 10 minutes. The home is in a safe location and I haven't had an issue hearing people in the other units. I recommend staying here at least once. Each unit is laid out different and I have my favorite. We plan to be back in four months. Thank you, Emma, for the consistency of our stays.

Rebecca was great to work with and I love the feeling of being in a home rather than a hotel. The shower was GREAT! Would definitely recommend this to friends when they visit B’ham!

Overall, good stay. Good location. Clean. Good restaurants, CVS within walking distance. So, if you're in the area, check it out.
