Babbity’s consists of a delightful bar, an upstairs eatery/function space and 6 Hotel rooms on the second floor. Each room has free WIFI - a new 44" inch flat screen tv, desk, Data points and hair dryer. A continental breakfast is included in the price.

Twin Room with Breakfast

Our village is at the west end of Loch Tay and there is much to see around here alone, warranting a couple of nights stopover if our guests have the time to explore. Our twin room is located on the first floor up a flight of stairs. It has two standard single beds and a washbasin in the room as well as a hospitality tray with refreshments. A separate bathroom is allocated to this room which is about 3 meters away. A bathrobe is provided as are complementary toiletries.

Loch Ness

Named after the most famous loch in Scotland, the Loch Ness room sleeps 4 people (1 double or twin beds and bunk beds) and offers and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower. This room also boasts an outside terrace with amazing views over the Fort Augustus and the River Oich. We are also dog friendly are happy to welcome well behaved pets with responsible owners. We will even provide a bed for the extra family member. (There is an additional charge of £20 per pet).
