It’s set on it’s on a fully enclosed south facing garden, patio doors open onto a slabbed patio area where you can relax and soak up the views. Inside, our log cabin is beautifully appointed and features all the amenities you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. No clean fee charge, private parking, Local restaurants bar,shop and takeaways are short walks.

Twin bedroom with sofa bed on ground level, then steps up to mezzanine with king size bed. With fantastic views of the Campsie, Fintry and Trossach hills, this cabin provides a welcome escape to the countryside. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the cabin or take a short trip into the nearby villages to enjoy scenic walks, and lovely pub food.

The beautiful, fairy lit, private woodland garden set high above the River Mar is a special place in which to immerse yourself in nature, birdsong and the blissful sounds of the babbling river. As dusk falls, cosy up around the firepit or light the cabin wood burner, planning your next adventure exploring fabulous Loch Lomond.

Modern new luxury cabin nestled on our working croft shared with our Hebridean Sheep. Situated in a peaceful glen twenty minutes walk to the local coastal village Connel and ten mins drive to the town of Oban we offer a gateway to the outdoors - mountains, beaches, forests, islands. The cabin has been built to immerse our guests into the tranquil surroundings with uninterrupted countryside views over native woodland from the decking area where deer and sea eagles are regular visitors.

Ethel’s Coorie Doon is a self-contained shepherd’s hut nestled within the grounds of Craig Villa Guest House. Fully insulated, fully equipped, and boasts mountain views. Ethel's Coorie Doon is perfect for couples and solo adventurers who want to explore the local area. We welcome up to 2 furry friends, but please note, there is a pet fee of £14. We provide information for local walks and hidden gems, local restaurants and pubs. We provide free parking and storage if you arrive by bike.

Get away from it all in our shepherd's hut located just outside the village of Connel and only a ten minute drive from the bustling seaside town of Oban. The accommodation is located on our family croft (we live on site near to the shepherds hut) with ducks, hens, Hebridean sheep and our two ponies as your closest neighbours. We are surrounded by abundant wildlife such as pine martens and red deer and have outstanding views over unspoiled countryside towards the slopes of Ben Cruachan.

We are ideally situated 2 minutes walk from the beautiful Tralee beach. A short walk from the pod you will find the world famous pink shop, Ben Lora cafe, Hawthorn restaurant and Tralee fish and chips. Oban is the gateway to the isles where ferries can be taken to many island destinations.

You will be surrounded on all sides by fields, woods or mountains but yet be close enough to pop out for a coffee and cake at the local village or taste a wee dram at the Glengoyne whisky distillery.
