The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. Also, thank you so much for your kind welcome and assistance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable one. Definitely, we will comeback again here soon.

We loved Dan’s place! We’re a family with 4 kids — a teen, a pre-teen, our ASD son, and a baby — and it worked great for all of us. The layout is simple and easy to move around, which we really liked. Super comfy, clean, and has that hotel feel. Everything was working fine and well taken care of. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in Pico!

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

The unit is exactly what you see in the pictures, spacious, clean, and has a great view of the Taal; it's perfect for big groups without compromising your comfort. The beds and pillows are super comfy, and the aircon works perfectly. Check in and check out went smoothly, they even let us to check in early which we super appreciate. Will definitely recommend!

The place was clean and was exactly as described. The linens and towels were clean and smelled good. Jose was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen was complete and it was easy to find everything you need. We had an amazing stay. Will book this place again for future stays at Pico de Loro.

The residence is a well-appointed beach house, ideally suited for both social gatherings and quality time with family. Its layout and amenities provide a comfortable environment conducive to relaxation and leisure. We opted not to book any external activities during our stay, as the island itself offered a diverse range of recreational options which is engaging and enjoyable (like the kayaks). Furthermore, Rose, the caretaker of the property, was exceptionally hospitable and kindly offered us complimentary, fresh mangoes, which were both delicious and much appreciated. I strongly recommend this accommodation to families seeking a peaceful and enjoyable retreat. Our stay was further enjoyed by karaoke sessions (we brought our own), held both in the reception area and in the front garden. Overall, the property exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort, amenities, and hospitality, making it an ideal choice for a family getaway. We'll definitely come back :)

I highly recommend this location, especially when you want to have a private gatherings. You can feel relaxed and feels like home. The house was so clean and aesthetic. We have fun in there swimming pool. Complete kitchenware. The beach is walking distance only, you can hear the waves in 3rd floor. Very responsive host and friendly caretaker. We will book this again soon 😊

Shachi Beach House has just become a memorable place for me and my friends. The owner is sooo responsive and helpful. Kuya Boyet and the staffs are welcoming and very pleasant. We just spent a night in this house but we were able to do what we love to do. Cook our favorite food and dine with a good view of the sea. So calming. The house is just perfect for all of us. Every place is a perfect spot for us to bond. The beds/bunkbeds are awesome too!

Looooved the bnb 😍 went there last holy weekend and there were only a few guests- everything’s quiet, secluded, and felt exclusively just for you. Sunset is beautiful. Joey/ host is also super nice and kind, very responsive when it comes to our concerns. Staff were so nice! And very welcoming, made sure everything’s convenient for us even though the location’s isolated- gave us cooking oil, changed our bidet SUPER FAST! Shout out to Kuya Nino!!! Such an excellent experience for us from the get go- the beautiful boat ride on the way to the island, the cool natural spring water of their pool would make sure you beat the heat, everything’s just super nice! We stayed at Sophia’s place for 1 night, although we wished we booked a few more. This is the best chill place for a family outing, and the place was very spacious for us. We have balikbayans who were very meticulous when it comes to hotels and b&b’s but they really loved the place. We had a problem with the water pressure at midnight, but I was surprised that the caretaker (Mae) was able to read my message and immediately turned on the water pump. We’re looking forward to booking this place again in the future. Thanks Sophia and Mae :)

Two Oceans at Maya Maya is a great place for a family staycation. The photos on Airbnb are a bit outdated as the property has improved a lot. We were surprised by the beautiful furniture, antiques, and how well-maintained everything is. There are five bedrooms with bathrooms, plus a ground-floor room that makes it senior-friendly. The kitchen is fully equipped, and there are plenty of lounging spots. The living room doesn’t have air conditioning, but it encouraged us to enjoy the outdoors. The sea breeze and surrounding trees made it comfortable even on sunny days. The pool is clean, well-maintained, and not overly chlorinated, which we appreciated since we spent most of our time there. The sunsets, stargazing, and private beach below were amazing additions. We also appreciated the host allowing us to bring our two cats by agreement. The caretakers were helpful, though clearer boundaries would improve the experience. Overall, we had a great time and look forward to coming back.

Our family had a great and relaxing stay at the property! We were able to checkin on time (a little before 2pm) since we arrive 30 mins early at the place. Ate Karen, the caretaker, was very helpful during our check in. We were able to borrow mask and snorkel for our swim. The place was wonderful and had given us a lot of inspiration when it comes to the house design. It looked and felt like a villa in Bali but with more amenities! We had the choice of a relaxing dip at the pool and a nice swim at the beach. Most of the time, we’re in the pool since it was low tide at the beach and it got too rocky and sea urchin are everywhere. lol It’s a great time to do rock pooling though! We enjoyed doing it! We will definitely be back in the future if we want a relaxing stay at Anilao. Thank you for accommodating us!:)

The place was beautiful and super relaxing. There was plenty of space for my whole family, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a few minor issues with the AC, internet, and electric kettle, but the management was quick to sort everything out, which I really appreciated. Overall, definitely a 5-star experience—highly recommended!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marlon's condominium! The unit was spotless and beautifully maintaine, the clean, modern aesthetic immediately caught our eye and made us feel right at home. It’s clearly been thoughtfully designed, both stylish and cozy. As a couple traveling with a pet, we were so pleased to find the unit pet-friendly. It made our stay stress-free and complete. One of the best parts was sipping coffee on the balcony while enjoying the breathtaking mountain views, absolutely stunning and so peaceful. The concierge and security team were also incredibly friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a smile and ready to help with anything we needed. Marlon’s place is perfect for couples looking for a relaxing, picturesque escape. Highly recommended

We had a wonderful stay! Don and Darby were super responsive and even shared helpful details ahead of time to make sure our check-in went smoothly. The unit was exactly as described—clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The only slight letdown was the balcony view; we were expecting a full mountain view, but it was partially blocked due to ongoing construction in front of Jacana. Still, everything else made up for it, and this trip was definitely one for the books. Would love to book this place again in the future! P.S. Pico gets really packed during Holy Week—would recommend visiting during off-peak if you’re after a more peaceful experience.

The place was how it was posted and described. 2 beautiful large bedrooms, 2 clean bathrooms with hot and cold shower, a full kitchen and dining, a living room, and a spacious veranda for additional dining, hanging clothes, or even just a place to rest and look over the mountains and the lagoon. It was so breezy and cool even if the aircon was turned off. It is closer to the beach than the country club but both are within a few minutes' walking distance. All the staff were polite. P.S. Hats off to Ms. Raquel for going way above and beyond the service she offered our family during our stay. We are extremely grateful for the smooth transaction from the inquiries to the booking, to the assistance during registration on the day itself and during our stay, and even after we have gone home. For the lost and found items, she coordinated and sent them back safely. Overall, our vacation though last minute was very memorable and we can't wait to go back and book here again.
