Comfortable Guest House on our 32-acre family farm located next to a picturesque Amish area. Nearby parks and access to recreational activities along the Tennessee River -- hiking, swimming, fishing, canoeing and kayaking. Loretta Lynne's Restaurant/Event Park - 30min. Kitchen for guests to prepare meals and snacks. Guests are welcome to tour the farm. Only one guest group (individual, couple or small group) occupies the Guest House building at any one time, so complete privacy during your stay.

Wee Nook- a Hobbit Hole

Wee Nook is a 360 square foot living space with a full kitchen and bathroom. It is tucked underground in the middle of the woods. Please come enjoy the woods, farm animals, trails, pond and wide open space while you're here! As JRR Tolkien said: “In a hole in the ground there lived a hobbit. Not a nasty, dirty, wet hole, filled with the ends of worms and an oozy smell, nor yet a dry, bare, sandy hole with nothing in it to sit down on or to eat: it was a hobbit-hold, and that means comfort.”

Peaceful River Retreat

This is a charming and private river front home with expansive views of the Buffalo River. The large kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and baking, as well as boasting a large, fully stocked tea and coffee bar. Enjoy a slow morning on the outdoor patio watching the sun rise across the river while enjoying a cup of organic, locally roasted coffee. It’s a perfect place to unplug and connect with loved ones. There are stairs down to a rock ledge where you can fish, or put in your kayaks.

Whispering Waters Cabin by the Creek

Whispering Waters offers a quiet space to relax and enjoy your time spent away from home. It is a four room cabin adjacent to Caney Fork Creek, which feeds into the South Harpeth River in Fernvale. The cabin easily hosts four guests. The queen size bed is complimented by a sleeper sofa in the living room, which sleeps two as well. It's an intimate space located in a lovely setting. Easy River access - perfect for fishing, canoeing (rentals available nearby), swimming and lounging. We just repaired the road and it’s very smooth and easy to get to the cabin!

Cottage by the Creek is a 600 sq ft converted grain barn built in the early 1900's. We've converted the space into a light and bright one bedroom, with a loft. There is a fully functional kitchen and custom bath with tile shower. The 30 ft front porch offers views of the cattle farm across the street and the year round flowing creek. Or enjoy the back patio with hot in and fire pit.
