We’d love to welcome you to our stunning guest suite set in the village of Cemaes, a former schoolhouse you will be staying in what was originally the school cloakrooms! Cemaes is close to the historical town of Machynlleth and Snowdonia National Park. Beautiful views await you along with lots of things to do and see. Whether walking, biking or just enjoying a lunch in a pretty town or visiting tourist interests there is plenty to do here. The Dyfi Valley is a designated UNESCO Biosphere.

Secluded cottage in own grounds on edge of Snowdonia National Park. Wonderful views of coast and mountains. Close to Zip World, various National Trust properties, Castles and great walking and climbing. 2 separate bedrooms each with double bed and shared bathroom. Vegetarian breakfast provided includes cereals, yogurt, preserves, eggs and home made bread as well as other veggie food Evening meals can be provided at extra charge if ordered in advance (non-veggie, veggie,vegan).

Enjoy easy access to the beach and promenade a 2 minute walk away, 10 minute walk from the train station and a 10 minute walk to the centre of Colwyn Bay or Rhos-on-Sea with popular shops and restaurants from this charming place to stay. The Welsh Mountain Zoo is a 5 minute drive or a minibus ride from the train station. We are based on a quiet road and a sea view from the garden. To be aware, it is not 10 minutes to Snowdon as the description says, it's a 30 minute drive.

Ystafell Las (The Blue Room) is a lovely, light room, with a double bed and king size duvet, large windows, and a view of Y Gogarth (Great Orme). Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. There is a small en suite shower room. A self-serve continental breakfast is available in our dining room, directly below The Blue Room. Llety Pant Teg B and B is a family run Bed and Breakfast set in the leafy village of Tregarth on the outskirts of Bangor between Bethesda and Llanberis. Just down the road from Zipworld Velocity. Next to Capel Shiloh Methodist church this 150 year old building has been the residence of many famous preachers — the most iconic being E Tegla Davies an author of many welsh books. Expect a home grown welsh family welcome.
