Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, gut ausgestattet und genauso wie in der Beschreibung. Besonders gefallen hat uns der traumhafte Ausblick aufs Meer und die ruhige Lage – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in Barcelona oder am Strand zu entspannen. Der Strand in Sant Pol de Mar ist absolut empfehlenswert: sauber, nicht überfüllt und familienfreundlich. Die Kommunikation mit Juan war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

el apartamento coincide con lo descrito. ubicación espectacular. El propietario siempre ha estado pendiente para ayudarnos y el contacto ha sido de 10. El despertar junto al mar hay que vivirlo al menos una vez en la vida.

We had a wonderful stay! The host was truly hospitable and made us feel so welcome. There was an issue with the wifi, and Josep worked diligently to find a resolution for us. The lift was also not working, which wasn't a problem for us. We loved having a locked garage to park the car. The apt is located at the end of a pedestrian street, so it was very quiet when we were there at the end of March, and the views from the balcony are just stunning. The town itself is very cute; we used it as a base to explore many other sites all within an hour or less away by car. We would absolutely stay here again.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre appartement. Très bel logement sur 3 étages , décoré avec le goût. Ilya a tout le confort moderne, il est très bien situé au centre-ville avec les magasins et la mer à proximité . Nous pouvons tout faire a pied. Logement était très propre la literie très agréable et les hôtes très accueillants . Merci pour ce très beau séjour . Si nous serons dans le coin, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Everything went wonderfully, I was on holiday with my family, the flat is near the beach, there are many restaurants nearby, market. The flat corresponds to the photo, everything was clean, had all the necessary things in the flat. The landlord was always happy to help, met us beautifully, would recommend. Would love to come back again.

Superbe emplacement pour cette maison de pêcheur parfaitement équipée et idéalement située en première ligne face a la mer. Une charmante crique se trouve au pied du logement. Agnes a été très sympathique, nous a parfaitement accueilli et nous a donné pleins d’adresses utiles. Merci !

Très beau logement à proximité de la mer et de la gare. Très bien équipé.

Als je een plek wilt met een heerlijk zwembad en een echt geweldig uitzicht.... dan moet je dit boeken! De buitenruimte is vooral echt geweldig, we hebben ons hier heel goed vermaakt met 2 gezinnen. Keuken had wat beter schoongemaakt kunnen worden, maar wellicht had dat ook te maken met de chaos rondom de stroomstoring in Spanje. Uitzicht doe je het voor, nog beter dan op de foto's! En echt fijn dat het huis zo goed uitgerust is, zelfs alle strandspullen en kano's beschikbaar. Anna reageerde heel snel en was een fijn contactpersoon.

Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war top. Alles lief reibungslos, und wir haben tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants bekommen. Man fühlt sich sofort willkommen. Die Villa war einfach traumhaft! Super sauber, stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war das absolute Highlight. Wir kommen definitiv wieder

Nous avons découvert la région durant une semaine et avons passé une semaine extra. l' appartement est très confortable, joli et fonctionnel. parfaitement équipé. l'emplacement est idéal à 5 mn à pieds de la plage. Shinka est très disponible et attentive. Une très belle adresse

Nous sommes venus en famille. Mes enfants ont 5 et 9 ans. Le logement est très fonctionnel et très propre. Internet est hyper stable (j'étais en télétravail une partie de la semaine), le système de porte digitale est un vrai plus (porte à code, pas besoin de clé). Les premieres plages sont à 5-10 minutes à pied. A max 10 à 20 minutes en voiture, il y a de nombreuses autres plages. Bonnes vacances.

This was a delightful, well appointed villa set on hills above the beautiful sea scape of this part of the Costa Brava. The views from the kitchen dining room, pool and bedroom’s were unsurpassed. The villa was in a gated area but really the view was of descending woodland down to the sea beyond. The space was yours alone. Inside beautifully appointed bedrooms and bathrooms which opened onto a terrace. The kitchen and barbecue allowed us to make great food. The pool had this device that allowed you to swim against a torrent and there was also a hot tub which allowed you to enjoy early evening drinks . There was a great walk down to a quiet beach - superb for swimming , sunbathing and there was a great bar too. Angel was very helpful. A truly first class holiday 5* which we would love to return to in the future.

Javier gave us a happy greeted upon our arrival, showed us the 3 levels of our waterfront apartment, including the most well-outfitted, well-maintained amenities we have never experienced at the scores of AirBnb we had previously enjoyed, but Javier went the extra mile: a fully stocked kitchen, china, cutlery, tanning lotion, first aid kit, beach chairs, snorkeling gear, and breakfast food along with a selection of coffee pods and ripe oranges for juicing. It was like when a friend throws you their house keys and wishes you to have a great time. Oh, the apartment is located in a gorgeous cove with sandy beaches within minutes by walking and there are bars and restaurants. But best of all…it’s waterfront. From the bedroom, to the living area, and to the huge patio level, you see the Sea and the fishing boats, the swimmers, the birds and the tides, and you experience the Mediterranean Sea 24 hours each day. Amazingly relaxing and comfortable.

We loved the apartment. It was spotless, well presented, and perfect for our trip. The area was lovely and quiet, with a beautiful view and plenty of space. The location was great too. It was peaceful and quiet but also very close to the city - it was a short walk to the station, making it easy to get around. Both the apartment and the surrounding area felt very safe. It would have been nice if the communication was a little bit faster at times but the hosts were absolutely lovely and super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Nous avons passé avec mes amies un excellent sejour. L'appartement est juste parfait,il est propre,spacieux,les chambres sont grandes avec beaucoup de rangement . La cuisine est très bien équipée avec tout le nécessaire . La terrasse est très grande avec un accès direct à la piscine avec vue mer et accès direct à la plage . Juste en bas de l'appartement tous les restaurants et le supermarché si besoin de courses . L'appartement se situe à 10 minutes en train de Barcelone. Merci Rafael pour votre accueil et de vos explications très clair pour l'appartement et de toutes les recommandations pour les visites à faire à Barcelone. C'etait parfait !!

El piso es tal y como se describe. La playa está cruzando las vías de tren por los pasos peatonales que hay muy cerca del edificio. Hay un aparcamiento cercano en el que en las fechas de nuestra estancia era fácil encontrar sitio. Los trenes que circulan justo por delante molestan menos que una carretera medianamente transitada. Tiene tiendas y zonas de restauración cercanas, aparte de la estación de tren conectada con Barcelona a pocos pasos.

Beautiful location overlooking the beach and the sea. Helpful instructions. Parking unorthodox with shared access but easy to coordinate (we used the car a lot and had no issues). Highly recommend!

BnB ottimo, appartamento splendido, host molto disponibile e reattivo nelle risposte per messaggi, l'appartamento disponeva di tutti i servizi citati su ari BnB, abbiamo apprezzato la presenza di attrezzi per pulire punto negativo -nessuna conoscenza della lingua inglese da parte dell'host, si fa capire con il traduttore che però non è molto funzionale, suggeriamo l'utilizzo del traduttore di Google

We had a great stay at Carme’s apartment! The best view of the sea and city! The location was a short walk to all the restaurants and shops. Carme was responsive when we had a few questions. Would like to come back!
