First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

Located within the grounds of The Waun Wyllt Country Inn, Bar & Restaurant. Surrounded by the countryside and situated just 100yards from the Millennium Coastal Path. Pembrey Country Park, Ffos Las Race Course, Parc y Scarlet’s, Beaches, Paddle Board Hire, Shops & more all within a 20min drive. The cottage is welcoming for couples, friends, solo adventurers, business travellers, & families.

The cottage is a self contained unit which sleeps 4/5 people with wood burning stove, sunroom, ample off road parking and open spaces for children. There is no enclosed garden area and the spaces are open. The cottage is based in a quiet rural area but close to shopping centres, tourist attractions and castles.
