Llanelli Beach Sea View apartment

First floor modern apartment situated on Carmarthenshire Coastal Path. 25 meters off Llanelli beach. The apartment offers breath taking sea views of Llanelli beach, Loughor estuary and across to the Gower. Cosy spacious flat is ideal as a base to explore West Wales. The block is undergoing external renovation works from April to December 2026. The views are partially obstructed and the balcony is not in use due to balcony floors being replaced hence the reduced price. No work over weekends

Only 5 minutes drive from Llanelli beach & 6.4 miles from the beautiful coastal town of Burry Port. Nearby attractions are Pembrey Country Park, Llanelli Wetland Centre, Kidwelly Castle & The Mumbles on the Gower Peninsula, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty. Seven night bookings only please in a school summer holidays. Changeover Fridays. A stylishly rustic annexe furnished with a considered collection of vintage pieces and set in it's own secluded valley, twenty minutes stroll away from the majestic Three Cliffs Bay. The cottages are situated in the grounds of my house which has a large wall surrounding the property. entry to the courtyard is through a gated key pad entry. The cottages are situated I mile from town centre but pubs and eating places are nearer within walking distance.
