Station Approach

First-floor apartment in Deganwy with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & living space with views over the River Conwy. Bedroom 1 has an ensuite with a bath & separate shower. This room features a double bed & a small dressing table, along with built-in wardrobes. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed or 2 smaller singles (zip-&-link) depending on your needs, & a single wardrobe. Free roadside parking is available on a first-come-first-served basis. Please note that the en-suite bathroom is down a few stairs.

The apartment provides both upstairs & downstairs accommodation with a 10 min walk down to or uphill from the beach, the station, the Wales Coastal Path & Deganwy village where several restaurants & cafes are located. Patio doors lead onto a large balcony with views over the Conwy Estuary & towards Snowdonia & Anglesey.

We have a spacious ground floor suite with sea views consisting of Bedroom, Ensuite, Private Lounge and optional Hot tub. The hot tub is an additional fee of £90 regardless of length of stay. The bedroom has a King Size bed with smart TV, storage and ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. The lounge has a sofa, smart TV and fantastic sea views. We provide Tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, toaster and fridge and a light breakfast. Sorry no Children. Car recommend
