A bijou residence at East Preston only a 10/15 minute brisk walk from the sea, pubs, restaurants and other shops, suitable for one or two leisure or business guests. Flint Cottage – 3 mins to beach

🌊 Flint Cottage is just 3 minutes from the award-winning beach. 🛏 Two bedrooms: the master has a double bed, ensuite shower and desk; the second has a bunk bed with double below, single above, plus a desk. 🌙 Both bedrooms and the lounge have blackout curtains, helping everyone get a restful night’s sleep. 🛋️ The lounge has two sofas (one a sofa bed), a 48″ OLED TV with Google TV, PlayStation and games. 🌸 A private courtyard is filled with plants and features a handmade mosaic table.

The Annex

Dogs can be considered upon application (hosts have cats) If approved, we politely ask that dogs are kept on lead when in grounds of the property.
