We offer comfort and style with period details, mod cons & personal touches. It’s fully equipped for long stays or short and the perfect place to enjoy Arundel and the surrounding sights. It’s in pride of place in the High Street, walkable to all cafes shops and restaurants but still a peaceful hideaway.

The rock islands are a unique feature creating sheltered swimming bays & are great to fish from or swim around. Secure south-facing garden, private parking for 2 cars. Sleeps up to 6 people. 2 dogs welcome. A great base to explore Littlehampton & Brighton to the East... Bognor Regis, Chichester, Portsmouth to the West and close-by Arundel and the South Downs. Farm-View Retreat provides an open plan ground floor comprising fully equipped kitchen, dining, living and bathroom area together with a convertible sofa bed. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms which can be either super-kings or twins and another bathroom.

The historic town of Arundel is home to the stately Arundel Castle & Cathedral, aswell as antique shops, cafes & restaurants. Chichester Cathedral city & Goodwood are a 20 minutes drive. Great location for South Downs National Park. We are close to some glorious beaches like Littlehampton (East & West Beach), Climping, Elmer, Felpham & The Witterings.

Detached spacious 3 bedroom home a few minutes walk to the beach. Formerly a Day Nursery for children and babies Upto five years old I restored the building back into a home, there is a lot of space to move around. The house enjoys an East/West aspect so when the sun is shining you can always find a spot to enjoy it inside or out.
