The cottage offers open plan living with an abundance of high-end features across two floors, with a large private garden and hot tub. The bedroom includes a king bed, with views overlooking the paddocks. The bathroom includes an impressive standalone bathtub. There’s a well fitted kitchen, with a large oven, and dining for two, beside a homely living space complete with log burner.

We have recently fully renovated the home so you can enjoy the brand new feel! Surrounded by fields, yet close to Leominster and Ludlow and within easy reach of Hay on Wye, it is the perfect base to explore from. Discover pretty villages, walk in the hills, treasure hunt in the antique shops or just relax by the woodburner!

They are welcome to visit the chickens, ducks and horses. With beautiful Cleobury Mortimer within walking distance and Ludlow only a 15 min drive your not far from shops, pubs and restaurants. Mainly furnished with vintage Reynolds of Ludlow furniture, pictures and prints of the town, castle and river from mid 18th century to present. A wonderful private enclosed courtyard garden is yours to enjoy.

Each nook and cranny reveals another handcrafted detail. It sits within beautiful gardens, with an abundance of wildlife for all to enjoy. Enjoy meandering through our ancient woodland.

We charge separately for 1 child up to 12 and 1 Pet . Close to many places to visit, relaxing and enjoying rural life.

Sitting in a field amongst the vivid greens of the Shropshire hills on an expanse of decking where you can open up the bifold doors and bring the outside in and enjoy the deliciously warm hot tub.

Farm stay, sleeps 5 & 1 infant, WiFi, pets welcome

Rockhill MILL is situated within the grounds of a working farm. It is an idyllic getaway and a perfect way to spend a peaceful break away in the countryside. If we have baby calves and you’d like to watch the calves being fed please let me know on booking. Sleeps up 5 and 1 infant. There are 2 double beds, 1 single bed and a cot. Parking and WiFi are free of charge! Pet friendly! We have cows, horses, 2 emus, chickens and an abundance of wildlife and birds.

The Orchard Barn at Old Court Farm. Our country hideaway has been lovingly brought to life from its humble beginnings as a Old cider barn. Designed and built here on the farm, this modern conversion brings a luxurious ‘interior feel’ surrounded by never-ending oak beams with views over looking the apple orchards. With 70 acres of near by orchards for you and your pets to ‘roam freely’ it’s a true feeling of the very beautiful English countryside.
