The villa is situated right by the lake Ungurys in the compount Vila Om. Villa features 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 19 guests. In the first floor of the Villa you will find mini kitchen in the main room and sauna room. On the second floor you will find the bedrooms. Guests can book hot tub for an extra free which is situated right by the villa. All of the guests can use all of the entertainment available at the villa, including Volleyball, table tennis, boats, water bike and much more.

Inside, there is a large SPA area with loungers, a mini-kitchenette, a cold water bath. In the space you will find all the necessary dishes and tools. A separate room with a double bed is equipped. The entire wall of the SPA house consists of large glass windows overlooking the nature of Aušrinė and the lake. A large smart sauna, a shower with a view of nature, a cold water bath. On the terrace there are large comfortable chairs for relaxation, a grill with all accessories.

Place is surrounded by green nature, near the city center (~3,5km). Elegant and cozy style. Entire 1st floor of the private pre-war house for 3+1extra pers. Free car parking available. Bus stop only 5 min walk, taxi service possible. Pick-up from/to Kaunas airport may be provided on request, extra charge. You can spend your mornings or evenings in veranda or small terrace outside. Friendly for kids. The host lives in the same yard. Two cats in the yard!
