Rustic getaway in the beautiful Litchfield Hills of Northwestern Connecticut featuring a 2-acre pond and access to 9 miles of unique hiking trails on 450+ wooded acres. Cozy 1700's farmhouse comfortably sleeps 4 adults in 2 bedrooms, with an additional kids room that has a fold-out double futon and loft with one double air-mattress, perfect for children's sleeping bags. There is a pull out sofa in the living room. Dogs welcome! The house is next to Norbrook Farm Brewery, which you can walk to.

Come stay with us on our historic working farm! Relax on the back deck and enjoy views of our 12-acre property and peaceful pastures. For a more hands-on experience, join us for a tour to get a closer look at life on the farm. Established in 1739, our farm has a rich history in agriculture and livestock. The cozy studio-style cottage features an open living space with combined bedroom, living, and dining area, along with a kitchenette and bathroom with a shower for your comfort and convenience.

An ideal location ,Torrington is about 2 1/2 hours from Boston and NYC and convenient to the Berkshires. Within driving distance to various outdoor activities and attractions including hiking trails, breweries, distillery, wineries, skiing, golf antique shopping, restaurants and variety of entertainment . The hosts are accessible for directions, assistance, or a fun history lesson of the area.

Farm House

A serene get away in a farm cottage on a real working farm. We homesteaded this property in 2012 and have created our own slice of paradise. We grow produce and flowers we sell at a local farmers market. We have Scottish Highlander cows, an ex racehorse, a shetland pony, goats, ducks, chickens, barn cats and a resident farm dog, Finula. You're welcome to roam the property, sit by the pond, visit with the animals, take a tour of the farm or explore all that Litchfield county has to offer!

Escape to Germantown, explore the farm’s 200-acres and visit the horses. they love carrots and visitors! Bright and airy open floor plan loft in Germantown, NY. Once an apple storage barn, this recently remodeled loft features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, beautiful original pine floors, gas fireplace, central air, cook’s kitchen, and a large outdoor deck overlooking open fields and a pond. We are dog friendly up to 2 dogs. There is a $50.00 fee per dog. NO CATS.

Feel like you're in your own studio apartment in the spacious, bright lower level of our home! Walk out to your own lounging/dining area. Guests have their own separate entrance & parking space(s). Enjoy the serenity of Camp Columbia state park, as it is our extended backyard. Tip: The sunsets are beautiful! 2 hours from NYC, 30-45 minutes to local skiing & just 10 minutes to Washington Depot. We've recently made some updates in response to guests' feedback!

Welcome to our cottage located just 1 hour north of NYC! It is nestled into 2.7 acres of beautiful gardens, mossy groves, and lovely woods. Nature abounds: The property abuts the 4000 acres of the Ward Pound Ridge Reservation. A trailhead begins right across the driveway. The cottage is equipped with a stone fireplace, spacious kitchen, living room area, table for dining and working, and a sleeping loft. During the summer, a private salt water pool is available.

Right outside your front door is 800 acres of hiking trails. You are surrounded by a mature forest, with loving and social goats, geese, ducks, kitty, and pups. The property itself is small but it is surrounded by 250 acres of farmed conservation land and a short walk will take you past some of the most scenic farms in Litchfield County.
