The place is great and was super clean, felt right at home as all of the amenities provided were all usable and with Instructions, had clean towels and sheets were super clean as well. If I visit Quebec next time, will surely stay here.

Karine was very responsive and friendly. The apartment is exactly as advertised and had a lot of Quebec charm. The building is in a nice neighbourhood and the heart of Old Quebec is just a short walk away. We felt very safe during our stay.

Great airbnb in a good location for exploring Quebec city without being in the noise and bustle of the city centre - there was a bus stop right outside the house that took 30mins to go direct into centre/Old Town and 10mins opposite direction for Montmorency falls. There is also good off-street parking at the airbnb. The kitchen is well equipped and the living areas are comfortable and spacious. Marie-Eve was great at responding to messages and was a welcoming host!

Dave met us outside the place and gave us a brief tour and fabulous suggestions. We had a blizzard blow in during our stay and Dave was a great help with parking and suggestions for how to make the most of the city. The street is a bit busy, but that’s because it’s so accessible to the old quarter. If you’re willing to walk a bit it’s very convenient to get to Frontenac, a park with ice skating, and XC skiing, running, or cycling along the River. St. Joseph around the corner has a great market and several eateries and fun spots for drinks only 5-10 away. We had a great stay despite the blizzard!

Superbe vue sur Baie St Paul et bien situé. Très grand, propre et bien équipé. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour !

Bel appartement. Super location pour marcher Kamouraska. Superbe vue sur le fleuve. En famille, entre amis… l’endroit est simplement parfait!

Bonjour, joli appartement bien rénové, propre et avec toutes les commodités pour un séjour d'un we ou de plusieurs semaines. Bon emplacement, le quartier Limoilou est sympathique, on peut juste garer la voiture devant l'appartement et s'y promener. Et très facilement rejoindre aussi le quartier Saint-Roch. Le canapé était parfait pour notre enfant.

Emplacement très calme. Belles découvertes aux alentours. Sommes très contents d’avoir choisi cette petite maison. Très bonne relation avec le « voisin »!!!

Place was absolutely adorable! We loved the fireplace. It was so nice sitting in front of it. Hosts would answer questions when we asked about the area. Very accommodating and only 15 minutes from Old Quebec. Make sure you take a drive around the island get definitely stop at the chocolate shop. Our favorite grocery store was IGA….the pastry’s were amazing. We definitely would come back and stay here if given the chance to do so. Thank you, Gary & Lisa

Excellent, des hôtes chaleureux et disponibles, un logement à la hauteur de nos espérances! Effectivement un vrai petit havre de Paix! Idéal pour les familles, de nombreux jeux pour les enfants ! Un grand merci !!!!!

Nous avons passé quelques jours en famille chez Manon. C’est une véritable maison de vacances chaleureuse, bien équipée, propre! Manon est accueillante et donne toutes les infos nécessaires. Le village est mignon et paisible et il y a une épicerie à proximité de la maison. Nous avons bien apprécié notre séjour.

Dave a été très accueillant et réactif, un lieu paisible et calme au sein de la nature, un chalet au delà de nos attentes, équipé et chaleureux, en bref un séjour rempli de bons souvenirs ! 😁

On a eu la chance de passé noël 2024 à St-Philemon. Chaque jour on a pu profiter de l'exterieur : ski de fond, marche, raquette...

Bright, sunny and very tidy house close to the river. We had everything we need, kitchen is fully equipped, it was important for us to cook at home. We had a lot of fun with jacuzzi in backyard and enjoying fireplace during chilly evenings. 3 min ride are big grocery, pharmacy, bank and coffee shop. Neighborhood is amazing: green and quiet. We did barbecue in sunny terrace. Hosts are great. Replied immediately to all our requests. And it was sooo sweet from them to provided us with little welcome gifts. For sure will come back next year. Highly recommend.

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans la maison de Guillôm. La maison était impeccable, très spacieuse, tout était hyper propre et les hôtes ont laissé de petites attentions qui ont été très utiles (huile, vinaigre, épices, etc.). Cuisine très bien équipée. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Endroit tranquille, tout en étant à proximité des services. L'arrivée a été simple et Guillôm est un hôte extra. Il est proactif et flexible afin de s'ajuster aux besoins. La communication est facile et rapide. Je recommande fortement et je conserve précieusement dans mon carnet d'adresse.

Ce sont des hôtes agréables très réactifs réponse rapide aux messages C est pour nous devenu une tradition c est notre 3 ième année où on termine en quelque sorte notre saison de ski en profitant de leur emplacement spa aussi très apprécié après une belle journée sur les pistes

Clean and beautiful view. Good location. 20 minutes driving from Old Quebec City. 13 minutes driving to Montmorency Falls. Nice place to stay.

An excellent stay with all the amenities and comforts to stay for a long period of time. Some distance from the main tourist attractions in Quebec and dining opportunities, but there is a bus stop close by. Great if you need your own space with kitchen and laundry but don’t necessarily need to be close to the action!

C’est un excellent logement, il est propre et beau. On a tout ce dont on a besoin et on se sent rapidement comme à la maison. C’est un peu bruyant, mais il est situé sur un boulevard donc c’est normal.

We had a great time in Quebec. The condo was very nice and clean. The location was close to everything and our host Mathieu was very responsive. We would definitely stay at Mathieu's place again.

We had a lovely girls’ trip in Québec City, made even better by this clean, cozy, and conveniently located apartment. The free indoor parking was a great bonus, and Lucie was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend staying here!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans ce logement. Tout était conforme aux photos, très propres et soignés. Le logement est spacieux et propose une jolie vue (quand la météo le permet). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'enceinte dans le séjour qui proposait une musique jazz et qui avait un super son. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié loger sur l'île d'Orléans et pouvoir découvrir l'île et ne pas rester cantonner au centre de Québec. Nous vous conseillons de faire un tour de l'île pour voir les maisons canadiennes typiques, de passer à la chocolaterie et à la nougaterie pour une petite pause sucrée. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié manger dans la cabane à sucre de la ferme Blauin. Maxime a été très réactif et a donné beaucoup d'informations concernant le logement, le parking, l'entrée, les différentes installations (peut-être même trop d'informations -> mails très longs et beaucoup d'infos à lire). Nous recommandons ce logement pour un séjour au calme, dans la nature.

Fantastic place! Great value, very comfy apartment, fabulous location. Absolutely loved the view from the 12th floor roof. Will have to come back once the pool is in season! Alyson gave great instructions and good recommendations in the travel guides she left. All around 10/10 experience!
