There are 3 large flat screen TV's, 100 Mbsp internet with Roku, free local and long distance phone service, and access to a lakeside community with playground, beach, swimming pool, tennis, trails and snowmobile trails.

This is a true 4 season destination with skiing, hiking, swimming, and shopping / dining in Littleton which was voted one of the best small towns in America. Franconia Notch sights and activities are 20 minutes away. Snowmobile and hiking trails on my property.

Tasseltop Cottage in Sugar Hill

Our guest house, affectionately known as the “shanty” is located in a very private setting on our property in Sugar Hill. We are located about 25 minutes from the Brenton Woods Ski area and also Loon Mountain ski area. Cannon Mountain is about a 15 minute drive. Our property abuts the Toad Hill Farm wedding venue and is a 5 minute drive from the cottage. The Bishop Farm wedding venue is about 12 minutes away.

Rustic Log Cabin #6 - “Fireside” is a romantic log cabin that is one of two cabins on the far side of the Salmon Hole Brook. A farmer’s porch overlooks the brook and fire pit. A king size bed with ceiling fan and loveseat are in front of the fieldstone fireplace. Your kitchen completes the studio style log cabin. The bathroom has a corner style two person jacuzzi tub along with a shower.
