The open concept kitchen and living room area has high lofted ceilings. The large kitchen is ideal for those who like to prepare food themselves. Garage not included. BBQ grill provided seasonally.

Need a place to get away, explore, and relax? Watch all the wildlife on Lake Timoney. This private Camp is cozy, with many amenities, and comforts of home, but still has all the Maine Camp feels. Directly Connects to ATV trails. Snowmobile trail ITS83 can also be accessed directly from the property! Lots of great restaurants are connected to these trails. Camp Timoney is 6 minutes off the highway, New Limerick is 5 minutes away, Houlton is just 15 minutes from camp.

There are thirty-seven acres with hiking trails throughout, and Big Brook borders one side of the property. Enjoy our Northern Maine getaway!
