Located in Yantis, the heart of Lake Fork. This is a cozy cottage that was originally the early 1900’s Salem Church in Alba. It has original floors, full kitchen with new appliances and tons of country charm. We are a working farm, so expect chickens pecking around the yard or the neighborhood dog stopping by to say Hi! There is a cozy fire pit out back and a charcoal grill. You also have a private driveway entrance with covered boat parking available upon request.

You’ll love my place because of the cozy, farmhouse atmosphere and country living. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers. East Texas private Bass lake. Cabin is 40 yards from lake but not directly on the water. 2 bedroom, 1 bath. Our cabin is clean, simple, quaint, and fully furnished. The AC/heat is split units with ceiling fans in each room. Come sit on the front porch, relax on the swing, or use the charcoal grill and fire pit. The cabin can be rented for 1 to 4 people. Your stay includes free boat rental, trolling motor and battery. 2 hrs from DFW and Shreveport.

Jeff's Country Cottage

Come and enjoy a slice of heaven. Mother Nature has provided a beautiful scenery full of nature sounds and calls of the wild. You can sit on the screen porch overlooking the lake and feel peace. You can sit by a fire outdoors and feel free and private and safe and hear the crickets and bullfrog. There's nothing but love, peace and joy here. There's room for social distancing and I covid clean and I am vaccinated.
