Enjoy this 2 bedroom, 2 bath home nestled in the tall pines of Ruidoso NM. Fully furnished home has all you need includes full kitchen with gas stove, micro, toaster, coffee pot. Also tv, stereo, wi-fi, BBQ grill. Home sits on a hill with two different parking areas. One parking area is steeper driveway but close to home and only a few stairs up to door. The other parking area is on the right as you enter driveway and flat but more stairs to climb. Pet friendly also. On half acre lot.
The Dolan House was built in 1883 - 5 years after the Lincoln County War. Very few changes have been made to the house since it was built. The room you will be staying in was Jimmy Dolan's office. We only have the one room with a queen size bed. The bathroom is a short distance from the bedroom. We provide a hardy breakfast in the morning and are happy to tell you stories about Billy the Kid, Lincoln, Jimmy Dolan and the Lincoln County War. We welcome all backgrounds in our historic home.
