This is such a serene place! Unfortunately, it rained the weekend of our stay, so we weren’t able to fully enjoy the river or the beautiful deck overlooking it. Regardless, it was a wonderful stay. Valerie’s place was spotless, comfortable, and stocked with almost everything you could need in the kitchen—and then some. There is a regular coffee pot (not a Keurig), so if you prefer specific coffee pods, you may want to bring your own. Valerie did have coffee and sugar available for guests. While the ice maker wasn’t working during our stay, Valerie kindly provided a full container of ice in the freezer, along with bottled water in the fridge, which was much appreciated. The TV is not a smart TV, so we weren’t able to stream Netflix or similar apps, and the available channels were limited. Normally, we don’t watch much TV on vacation, but the rainy weekend made us take notice. All in all, it truly is a very cute, clean and cozy place to stay. We would very much recommend it. We had a wonderful stay at Alex’s place! My husband, our two dogs, and I all felt right at home. The location is perfect, right on Main Street and super walkable, with everything we needed just a short stroll away. Alex was also a great communicator, making everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful, charming and beautiful place to stay. We loved being able to relax during the day as well and the town was lovely with everything in walking distance including trails right outside the door. A favorite!

David’s place was very clean and comfortable. The location was conveniently down the road from Dartmouth, the reason for our trip. The thoughtful touches such as chocolates and well-stocked bathroom and kitchen were very appreciated. The nicest was not having any checkout tasks :)

I had just left an Airbnb that was deplorable . Tony and Sonja ‘s place was just like going home . Felt very comfortable as a single woman having the space attach to their home. However felt very at ease when it came to privacy . The unit was immaculate. They could not have been more accommodating and kind . Highly recommend!

This is a wonderful little apartment! We have had family stay here twice, since we are right down the street, and it's perfect. Clean, warm and toasty in the winter, everything in its place and a place for everything. Would absolutely have family stay here every time!

Our trip up from Rochester NH to enjoy the tribute band for Neil Diamond at Colonial Theatre was a better experience because we stayed at Christine’s! We had made this reservation months in advance so as to not have to drive home late. Walking distance to theatre and restaurants! There was early check-in (much different than other’s, here was 1:00), a beautiful screened in porch (too cold to use it, which was fine because the room that the porch is off of is the cozy TV room. There is an easy to navigate remote (increasingly rare to have a TV in Airbnb’s never mind one that is easily operated!)) Bedroom with plush wall to wall carpeting and thick curtains for darkness Bed was very comfortable; super soft linens, lots of extra blankets and anything else needed! We slept really well. Breakfast as DejaVu was exceptional. We would not want to stay elsewhere when visiting Laconia! Christina is a rock star

A great stay for my family of six. 20 min access to ski at Waterville Valley and Loon Mountain. House was clean, warm, and easy to access. Quiet and remote, but a handful of restaurants are reachable within a 10-15 min drive.

My fiancé and I recently had the pleasure of staying at a lovely dog-friendly house in Lebanon, Maine, and I can't recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The property was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated, making it the perfect retreat for both humans and our furry friends. The backyard was a highlight, providing plenty of space for our dogs to run around and play. The location was also fantastic, with easy access to nearby walking trails and dog-friendly things to do in the area. Overall, this Airbnb exceeded our expectations, and we can't wait to return for another stay! Highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy a getaway with their pet!

It was an amazing place with one of the best views of the mountains. The place was perfect for our group. We had 8 adults and 3 kids. The place is very family friendly, they even have toys in one of the rooms for the guests! We would love to come back. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a great stay at John's place. The house was a great size for two families to share. The game room upstairs was a hit with the kids and us parents loved the pellet stove! Will definitely stay again.

Kevin was phenomenal—responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm hospitality made everything smooth and enjoyable, and I’m so grateful. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything I needed, making cooking dinner convenient and fun. The living areas were spacious, with incredibly comfortable sofas perfect for relaxing. The sunroom, with its stunning view, was a highlight of my mornings and evenings. I already miss the view with my morning tea! The beds were firm—not a downside, but worth noting for future guests—and provided a great night’s sleep. I would gladly book this place again; it truly set a high standard for Airbnb stays!

Rented Joseph's house to attend a local atv event. The house was located right on an atv accessible road which was very convenient. The house itself was clean, the entertaining area was spacious and was inviting. The fenced in yard was perfect for our small dog. Joseph was responsive and willing to answer any questions I had. Definately a place I would come back to and stay at any time in Berlin.

Perfect location! Able to enjoy all North Conway has to offer and shred whatever mountains you want!

We like loon Mt area in the winter for skiing, Eric's unit is literally 2 min drive to mountain, (Nordic Inn ) The unit itself is huge with 2 levels of living space, 2 bedrooms on first floor have huge beds (california kings ) each bedroom has walk in closets and full baths, upstairs has another full bed and 2 bunk beds, massive super comfortable couch that reclines on either end. huge tv and full bath, walk out deck. Perfect for 2 family to split. The pictures on airBnb are accurate. I would highly recommend Eric's place year round . I will definitely will be back next year!!!

Wife and I had a great time at Fairley’s place. Condo was as advertised, clean with all the utensils you need. The resort has a clubhouse with all great amenities. Location is great! We would definitely like to rent again.

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Our 3rd time staying here....great location and reasonably priced. Love the view out back to the trees and a peek of some mountains. Also great snow cleanup - we were here for a big storm and the plows cleared the car park and the paths were shoveled quickly.

Very clean and relaxing place. Felt like home and will definitely visit back again. The host is very responsive and had clear instructions of everything.
