Property is in a quiet neighborhood on Little River, with kayak access at the community dock. It's a quiet neighborhood in East Boothbay but near everything the Boothbay Region has to offer!

Ocean Breeze is a small (550sqft) 2 bedroom seasonal guest cottage with bathroom, kitchen & living area, smart TV, outdoor picnic table, lounge chairs & grill. The cottage is situated next to the main Laughton House. As this is an uninsulated seasonal cottage there is no central heating or air conditioning but we do provide fans for the warm weather and portable heaters & blankets for cooler weather.
