Penthouse Master Bedroom

The Penthouse is filled with light, lots of windows and skylights. It has two entrances that are both private, one from our deck and another from the main kitchen! It has a large full bathroom, small closet, and a kitchenette with a coffeemaker, refrigerator and sink. All windows, skylights and doors have shades for complete privacy. This unique place has a style all its own. No, he didn’t sleep here, Washington that is, but now you can. Our one-hundred-acre farm is located in the small rural village of Washington. It is located just 2/10 of a mile from the village center where the general store, library and town offices are located. Easy commute east to the coast and the must-see towns of Rockland, Rockport and Camden or west to our capitol, Augusta. One hour and forty minutes to Bar Harbor and Acadia national park.

Finding Joy

This lovely apartment is above our garage. You can come and go as you please. We have created a place for peace and solitude. Sit on the deck or look out the dining room window and see the woods and wait for the birds and wildlife that may be wonder through the yard. There is coffee and tea available, along with basic breakfast supplies, if you wish. Keyless entry allows for you to come anytime after check-in. Please note, you have to be comfortable with stairs to access the apartment.

Located in a historic 200 year old building "Ship Shape" is close to downtown but on a quiet tree-lined residential street. It is just one block to the library, bookstore, post office and all the lovely shops. It is on the shore of the Damariscotta River with wonderful views from inside and out.. You’ll love my place because of the neighborhood, the light, the outdoor space, and the comfortable bed. My place is good for couples and solo adventurers.

The Gallery Apartment

The Gallery apartment (3 night minimum) is a delightful spot for 2 or 3 visitors.. A Queen sized bed is in the bedroom and now a twin bed has been placed in the living area for separate sleeping. Spacious, bright, and airy, the apartment is above our home & my studio/gallery. The apartment is separate & includes its own entrance to ensure your privacy and convenience. It has been recently renovated. Superhost status from 2017 to 2026
