Words cannot fully capture the warm feeling I experienced when I opened the door to Miss Roxanne's home and life. Roxanne is an artist whose art adorns the walls, creating a fabulous atmosphere. The house is well-furnished, with comfortable beds and lovely bed linens. The kitchen is well-stocked, making cooking and enjoying family meals easy. The location is beautiful and peaceful, with the lake steps away. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting Miss Roxanne and Mr.Tom, who lives next door. They are so kind and have great stories about the history of the area and their homes. The pictures do not do the home justice; it's much nicer!

Wonderful place to relax! The home is beautifully decorated and well equipped for a comfortable stay! Downstairs room is perfect for my teenagers And plenty of comfortable outdoor seating to enjoy the views and scenery! We will definitely be back! We are repeat visitors because this place is so great. Kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to cook a few meals. Close to a great Mexican restaurant. Pam’s place is always pristine clean. We will be back.

Home as described and pictured. A quiet neighborhood, that while away from the city center, it was quick drive to get to where ever you needed to.

For starters, the place was exactly as depicted! The hallway smelled AMAZING! Also, it was not too far from the elevator, which made it super convenient for all of the luggage I brought. The place was clean, felt like home, and not a lot of noise. The view was nice, looking out at the city. Definitely would recommend coming back to this same location! Directions were very clear, and staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

Don’t wait just book. Raquel and Christopher were amazing. We actually arrived at the wrong building (no fault of theirs) and they stayed on the phone until we made it to our building and stayed on until we made it inside of our apartment! They were absolutely the BEST!!! The apartment is beautiful and the backdrop to a great weekend in Birmingham!

Was perfect for the Talladega race not to far away and nice and private. Lots of great fishing nearby

I was looking for a place close to the grandview hospital and for that, Clint’s place suited me perfectly. It was a quick 5 mins drive. They had a gym that was perfect. The apt had all the amenities and wake up Birmingham are quite responsive to any questions and ready to help. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils. We stayed for a month and had enough linen and all the utensils needed for cooking everyday. The beds are comfortable and it’s a great place. I only have one recommendation. If the garage fob can be placed along with the apt key in the lockbox it would be easier to just enter the garage with the car once retrieved.

I had a work trip to Rome, and Amy was so friendly and welcoming. I felt right at home and the place was super cute. Would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks, Amy!!

I had a great time at The Barn Loft! From the moment I arrived, everything was exactly as described. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home. Our stay at the cozy cabin was great! My partner and I enjoyed spending quality time together. The home was secluded and we loved the lakeside view. Kimberly is a very responsive and kind host. Easy check in and clear instructions. The kitchen was well equipped for simple cooked meals and included a charcoal grill. The private dock was a great place to relax and the home was the perfect weekend getaway for us. We would love to stay again in the future.

Tanya's place was perfect for a large group. We loved it from the moment we walked in and appreciated her thoughtfulness in having plenty of towels and firewood. Tanya was super responsive and helpful with our questions. We stayed here while climbing at nearby Sand Rock and we cannot wait to come back and stay again!

We had an absolutely peaceful vacation. The property was quiet and so very beautiful. We needed some rest and relaxation and we got it here. We cooked every meal, the home had everything we needed. We loved the fire pit and swings. We enjoyed the lake. We even had a few friendly dogs and a great big sweet cat visit. The only thing I can come close to being negative about was, it’s super dark coming in at night and it’s hard to see. A street/yard lamp would be nice. We would stay here again anytime we visit the area. Best Airbnb we’ve ever rented.

I loved my stay at Lindsey's - I was there for a week on a writing retreat during one of the coldest times of winter but I was comfy and cozy in the cabin. The surrounding area is beautiful and it was really peaceful there. I particularly appreciated being able to bring my dog with me! We were delighted to meet the friendly neighbor dogs when they stopped by one day. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I'm sure I'll be back in a warmer season to enjoy more of the wrap-around porch!

Great little cabin, we enjoyed it very much, created lots of funny memories…..it has everything you need to stay for a few days.

We highly recommend this place. Very private and relaxing setting. Very clean and renovated with perfectly curated decor and finishes. Dog friendly like no other places we stayed at. Perfect AC temp on arrival. Great access to the lake. Caught bass and crappies of the dock. The owner communicated well with us at all times. We’ll be back for sure!!

We felt truly at home at Ellen's place. A great example of a remote cabin enjoying all that nature has to offer. The cabin is fully equipped and very comfortable. We would stay again.
