Just Barrett Holiday Home

The property features 4 spacious quadruple cottages (16 beds total) and a main lodge, all reserved for your private use. It’s a peaceful, secluded retreat just a 2-min walk from a private beach ideal for children, with gently sloping waters and smooth pebbles. We provide loungers, 4 kayaks, and 3 SUPs. The village of Rovies is only a 3-min drive away, offering shops, bakeries, and mini markets. Other beaches are also within walking distance. Pets are welcome. Breakfast is available upon request.

Two-story house in North Evia

The house is located near the top of Telethrio, a mountain in North Evia. A 5 minute walk from the nearest village, the house is on a lavender farm, surrounded by the forest. With an amazing view of Volos and North Evia and a 15-minute ride to the nearest beach, this is an ideal location for families, small groups of friends and travelers with a soft spot for nature and relaxing destinations. Only the ground floor is owner occupied (separate entrance); the rest of the house is available to rent.

Ένα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό πέτρινο σπίτι φτιαγμένο με μεράκι πολύ αγάπη εξ ολοκλήρου από τα θεμέλια με φυσικά υλικά όπως πέτρα και ξύλο.Βρίσκεται σε καταπράσινη περιοχή έξω από το χωριό της Νεροτριβιάς με απεριόριστη και ανεμπόδιστη θέα τον Ευβοϊκό κόλπο και το όρος Καντηλιο ιδανικό για στιγμές χαλάρωσης και ηρεμίας.Επίσης στο ίδιο κτήμα δημιουργήσαμε αλλα δυο πέτρινα σπιτια με πισίνα και απεριόριστη θέα στη θάλασσα ίδιας φιλοσοφίας τα οποία διαχωρίζονται με πέτρινο τοιχο για απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα.

Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες, στον 2ο όροφο νεόδμητης οικοδομής. Διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια. Στο ένα υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει ένα μονό και ένα διπλό κρεβάτι. Στο δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο υπάρχει ένα διπλό κρεβάτι. Στην κουζίνα υπάρχει ένας καναπές κρεβάτι. Η κουζίνα διαθέτει ηλεκτρικές εστίες, ψυγείο και τραπέζι με καρέκλες. Βρίσκεται σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση από τη θάλασσα, κοντά σε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και μάρκετ. Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει κλιματιστικά στα δύο υπνοδωμάτια.

Στο λόφο πάνω από το χωριό των Ροβιών σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών με το αυτοκίνητο από το χωριό και την παραλία (χωματόδρομος σε καλή κατάσταση). Η Ντίνα και ο Τάκης θα σας φιλέψουν φρούτα και λαχανικά, ενώ μπορείτε να κάνετε το δικό σας μπάρμπεκιου στην αυλή του συγκροτήματος. Το διαμέρισμα είναι νεόδμητο 30 τ.μ., με άνετους χώρους και βεράντα. Δε δεχόμαστε κατοικίδια (υπάρχουν 1 σκυλί και 5 γάτες στο χώρο).
