A charming, cosy self contained one bedroom cottage situated adjacent to our home & sharing the drive. The bedroom can be made up as a twin or s/king sized double, please tell us in advance which you’d prefer. (Last minute bookings with less than 48 hours notice will not have the option to request this, sorry). (Air bed for 3rd guest. ) Pets are welcome but there is no space to let them off the lead as the patio area isn’t enclosed so you will need to take them for a walk. Lockbox self check in.

The Stable House, Orchard Studio - beautiful view

The Orchard Studio is the recently renovated annex to the Gate House which is on the grounds of The Stable House, a family home converted in 1970 from a Victorian stable block. It is a double bedroom studio with ensuite shower room and separate living room with kitchen facilities including oven, hob, microwave and fridge. There are sliding doors onto a private patio with wonderful views over the orchard, and local countryside; there is access to over 20 acres of parkland, paddocks and woodland

The Wood Shed, a self contained one bed cottage, situated on a working farm near Lutterworth, open plan living downstairs with everything you could need; Fully equipped kitchen with Dishwasher, utensils, plates and glasses, large flat screen smart TV, microwave, extendable dinning table and a luxurious Sofa and arm chair. Upstairs in the Galley bedroom you will find; a fitted wardrobe, pumped shower, chest of drawers, Super-king size bed and Shower En-suite. private garden area with seating.

The Annexe, Crick village

‘The Annexe’ is a private, modern studio apartment situated above a large garaging area in the secure grounds of Mulberry House and offers accommodation for one to four people. It has a large, light and airy main living area with a double bed and sofa bed (which can be made up to a single or double). A small but well equipped kitchen area is available, and a cosy lounge/dining area which provides flexible options during your stay. There is also a bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Pear Tree Cottage is a separate annex set across a courtyard from our family home. Both properties benefit from being setback from the road and surrounded by well-kept gardens and mature trees offering peace and privacy.

Having been a Polo Stable Yard years ago the shepherds huts sit in the upper garden area and are all self-contained with their own front doors and En Suite, set in a peaceful, private courtyard. Breakfast snacks, Tea's, coffees's, herbal drinks, water and high speed WiFi are all provided in each room free of charge. Each room has its own fridge too.
