The loft has a private terrace with beautiful view of the dyke of the "Stelling van Amsterdam", historic water defence line of UNESCO heritage. Het Arkelhuis is gelegen in het Egmond aan den Hoef, op 10 fietsminuten van het strand. De B&B beschikt over een woonkamer, een ruime badkamer met douche en toilet en slaapkamer met een twee persoons boxspringbed met schapenwollen dekbedden. In de woonruimte staat een kitchenette met koffie-/theefaciliteiten, magnetron en koelkast met vriesvak. Ontbijt wordt dagelijks geserveerd. Sleep in our beautiful haystack, 30m from the Dijk and the IJsselmeer. 600m from Restaurants, terraces, stores, art & culture and the port of Volendam. Enjoy the beautiful place with the view, the calmness and the pretty garden with several seats. The B&B is private with its own entrance, seperated from the living house. Our B&b is situated on the ground level of our house in the city center by a canal. It has its own entrance, living and sleeping area (please see photos for a better idea as the sleeping area is a cozy nook - with a double bed), a private bathroom. We offer locally sourced breakfast and home baked bread and home made jams. We have a free Wi-fi for our guests. We live in a quiet area very close to all the historic touristic attractions and not far from TU Delft and shops.
