Craig was the perfect host, probably the best we've ever had on AirBnB. The flat is in a great location, minutes walk from the centre of Nottingham and the Ice Arena with lots of shops and restaurants nearby, yet we could sleep with the windows open and it was perfectly quiet, like being in a small village instead of a busy city centre. Lots of thoughtful touches from bottles of water, pastries and biscuits to essentials like cooking oil, salt and pepper, plenty of toilet rolls, tissues, a toothbrush, you name it and Craig has thought of it. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend, and hopefully we'll be back next year.

Our family of four (two children 13, and 8), had a lovely four days staying at The Courtyard. Place is really nicely furnished and decorated - with a superb finish everywhere. Have to give top marks to whoever did the work on the place. Very clean and comfortable. Everything worked well in the flat. Our host Jayne was very communicative and helpful. We self checked in and checked out which was very easy. Parking space was clearly marked and fine for our SUV size vehicle. Flat is very peaceful and located in a nice neighbourhood. Handy pub with good food, (The Nag’s Head) is a very close by. You can access walks to the Malvern Hills from the park in the town which makes Great Malvern a place where you don’t need a car to explore the outdoors. At the same time you have restaurants and shops within a 20 min walk of the flat. Definitely recommend a stay at The Courtyard. Lovely place, great value and Great Malvern certainly worth a visit.

This cute apartment was perfect for my family. Walking distance to the cute “downtown”, parks, train station and more. We will 100% be back. Added bonus - the host’s cute spaniel, Penny.

Great value for a great apartment in a great location. Good private parking. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Fran left a welcome gift of chilled fresh milk, orange & a bottle of Prosseco. Also some muffins for us to enjoy with our coffee on the balcony.

Jabran’s Airbnb is truly exceptional. I spend most of my time reviewing luxury and boutique accommodations across the UK, and Parliamentary surpasses many five star hotels I’ve experienced. The apartment is spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly well thought out. A special mention goes to the Molton Brown gift bag, a lovely touch - the exfoliating mitt was a lifesaver! I enjoyed my stay so much that I booked the apartment next door upon arrival for the next day (Parliamentary was already taken). Jabran’s entire portfolio is clearly curated with care and quality in mind, and I look forward to experiencing more of his properties in the future. I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a wonderful stay! the property had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds in clean, lovely bedrooms. Great kitchen and bathrooms... and of course the games cupboard! thank you!

Really enjoyed the long stay in this place. Spotless and pristine. The cooking utensils and cutlery are all perfect, clean and like new. The cleanliness are our main thing and really happy with it.

This is a quiet suburban road in the Birchills area of Walsall. We stayed here a total of 7 weeks while waiting for our house purchase to go through. It worked very well for us.

Lovely place in very quiet and peaceful surroundings. Fantastic for our dogs - the garden was fully enclosed with good dog walks close by. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you.

With such a short notice Kiran responded to our request quickly. Information on given how to get there, sat nav will not take you direct to the property, and what was available in the local area was very useful. The accommodation was as described and extremely well presented. The whole flat was spotless and the kitchen was well equipped. Matlock Bath and the area has lots to offer, to stay here with a beautiful view from the window is worth while. I would highly recommend staying here. Thank you Kiran.

We had a wonderful stay. Great location. Lovely garden. Close to centre of Southwell. Spotlessly clean. Highly recommended. Host left essentials in fridge and eggs too which was highly appreciated.

Amazing apartment exactly as in the pictures. Really great location with it being right next to the cinema. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in that area. Kitchen had everything we needed for cooking. Shower was really nice. TV had Netflix etc for streaming which was really good. Could also play music through a speaker in the apartment or through the TV. Would definitely stay here in the future.

In a perfect spot right in the centre of Nottingham, walkable to bars, restaurants, Motorpoint, Nottingham castle etc. great to have the outside terrace to chill out in. Will book again if needed.

Another wonderful stay with Pam and Paul as always. Everything is perfect from the beautiful apartment to the surrounding fields and views. It is a lovely place to totally wind down and relax and Pam and Paul go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and have all you need. Beautiful space outside to sit and just switch off. we loved everything about our stay. the flat was lovely. there were lots of places to visit- National Trust, English Heritage, Southwell Minster, Kingsmill reservoir and Morrisons just 5 mins walk away. - they do a lovely breakfast! We've booked to come.e back for a week after Christmas!
