Welcome to the most unique guest space in the entire area. Nestled in a woodland, farm setting sits the Christmas Cabin.The tree lined drive leading to the cozy cabin, is a pond, walking trails, and in the summer a winding sunflower trail. The cabin is part of Rootstown Reindeer Farm, with agritourism activities throughout the year. Our farm guest area ,for family & friends, is attached to listing (similar to a duplex) but not in listing itself. Located between Kent State University & NEOMED.

The locally known "Beauty Barn", a prestigious setting, is 1/2 mile from The University of Mt. Union and ideal to host families. The setting is a 1912 victorian home with the Beauty Barn nestled in the back few acres wi city limits of Alliance.

Enjoy our waterfront cottage. See the local wildlife from the lake side wall of windows. Feel free to roll up your sleeves and carry the kayaks (located in the garage) down to the dock for a day on the water. Bring your fishing gear and toss in a line from the private dock to try to catch any of the local species. Sip beverages on the lakeside porch while the sun goes down. Have an outdoor meal on the garage side covered patio. Inside or out, enjoy the lake side tranquility of our cottage.

Studio Loft at Boogaba

This space is totally new! It was a yoga studio recently renovated into a studio, loft apartment! It is airy and bright with a fantastic lake view. The lake has kayaks, paddle boarding and a peddle boat that are accessible to guests. There are walking paths around the lake and a deck with a hammock to sit and enjoy some nature time. The studio apartment has its own entrance in the back above the family garage. The family house is next door. There is a resident friendly yellow dog named Pug!
