Newly built cottage located in the country. Enjoy amazing views from a covered front porch as you rock in comfortable rocking chairs. Fully furnished and beautifully decorated to make your stay comfortable and delightful. Memory foam mattresses for wonderful sleep and a kitchen for cooking if desired. Pool is behind owners residence and is shared with owners family and possibly 2 additional people. We have recently also installed a Tesla High Powered Wall Charger w/60amps. We’d love to have you!

Unwind with the spacious area this apartment has to offer. It is located on a working horse farm above the shop, in the renowned Bluegrass region of Ky. At Houstondale you can stroll to the barn and visit the horses or hide away in your space and relax. The KY Horse Park is a 22 minute drive, Lexington is 25 minutes and you are 30 minutes from horse racing at Keeneland Race Track. Even with the remote feel you are only 1 mile from Walmart, shops, and downtown Paris.

Book this 1,100 sq ft full basement, 1-bedroom, 1-bath Georgetown vacation rental! (This is not a full home.) Tour the elite thoroughbred farms, take a trip on the Bourbon Trail, visit the KY Horse Park, have a day at the races during historic Keeneland (April & October), or drive a bit further for Churchill downs or the Ark Encounter.

Big Red Stables is happy to offer the Bunkhouse to visitors who want to ride horses, travel to nearby bourbon distilleries, go to the races or events at the Kentucky Horse Park, or just get away from it all on a third generation family farm. Our guest suite is located in the daylight basement of our family home and can accommodate up to 4 guests. We are a 20-minute drive from Blue Grass Airport and Keeneland. Only 15 minutes from Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill.
