Take a walk in the 20 acres of wooded trails, fish, kayak, paddleboat, read a book, write, listen to music or just take a nap. This property lets you unplug from the world, relax, and connect with nature without giving up modern conveniences.

A quiet 1500 ft2 log cabin on a small cove of Lake Murray with beautiful views and room for the whole family. The back porch has an attached gazebo, another gazebo is at lakefront. The interior is wide open with magnificent cathedral ceilings, fireplace in the family room and master bedroom. Spiral staircase up to the loft with a study/extra sleeping. Public boat ramp & dock is approximately 3 miles away, making a short boat ride to be able to beach your boat at the cove. No pets or smoking.

Peaceful, Lakefront Cottage

Our simple, unique (octagonal) cottage is ready for you to enjoy as you take in the serenity of Lake Murray! Have a meal on the spacious deck, go swimming/fishing from the dock, or just relax and observe the many fish, turtles and birds that live in this quiet cove. Our boat is on one side of the dock, and you’re welcome to use the other side for yours. There is a public boat ramp less than a mile away. Siesta Cove is the next cove over and has a general store and gas pumps for your boat.

As the owners we live in the upstairs of the home (completely securely separated) and are available if you need anything! We enjoy sharing this beautiful home with others! Please note the beach, dock and lake are shared spaces.

Enjoy our Waterfront getaway on Lake Murray. It includes a private boat ramp, private dock, and over 600 sq ft deck across the entire lake front of the home. The front yard is large and perfect for cornhole, frisbee, and other activities. This cove is known for excellent kayaking, fishing, boating, and watersports. We have included 2 Kayaks and we work directly with a pontoon rental company if you would like a boat delivered. The .4 acre lot has plenty of parking for all guests.

You'll enjoy this small cabin located less than 2 miles from Dreher Island State Recreation Area. The views from the living area and kitchen are breath-taking. You can sit on the dock & watch the sun set or take your boat out just a few hundred yards to watch the sun rise. This location is great for swimming & a dock is available so you can bring your boat. There is also great fishing from the dock and on a boat. This will provide an unforgettable vacation!

Unique rustic cabin on a quiet cove of Lake Murray, a 500,000 acre lake in central South Carolina, perfect for fishing and all water sports. The cabin will sleep 4 adults or 2 adults and 3-4 children. The top loft bunk might be a bit claustrophobic for an adult. The doorways upstairs are low clearance, can be a head bumping hazard for anyone over 5'10 or so. Bed linens, bath and kitchen towels are provided. Lexington County License #2500880

It's just minutes away from Newberry and Chapin, about 10 minutes from Dreher Island State Park, and less than 5 minutes to the public boat launch. There is one queen bed and two twin beds with trundles.
