All Airbnb’s are not alike. We are more of a destination Cottage. If you love nature, like to relax, this is it! Honey Creek is just off the deck with opportunities to see ducks, mink, herons, bald eagles and deer. The scenery changes with the season! We are 1 mile from the quaint village of Reedsville with eateries, shops and taverns... all surrounded by the Amish community. State College is 27 miles. Beautiful flower beds show their vibrant colors along side the tranquility of Honey Creek!

A beautiful place to take it easy at this unique and tranquil cottage. Tucked back in the foot hills of Shade Mountain where there are public trails for exploring. State game land is a 5 minute drive for hunting. Acres of land for hiking, watch wildlife, or just relax. The Juniata river is a 10 minute drive to go kayaking. Amazing mom and pop resturaunts to eat at. This cabin is just one hour from Penn State main campus for football games and is an hour from Hershey Park.

And local Amish produce and wineries just down the road!

The McVeytown House house is located within walking distance of the Juniata River Access Area. Yoder Tourways Bus Garage is right across the street, in case you are scheduled for a tour! And with the railroad right close by you can watch the trains from the living room and also the front porch! There are 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a queen bed and the third has a king bed.
