The beautiful hardwood floors, French doors between the living room and dining room, and country kitchen make it feel like home. Having a bathroom upstairs and another one downstairs is convenient. The extra large bathroom downstairs includes a walk-in tub/shower and laundry area. The backyard includes a large patio area and inground swimming pool. Contemporary home located on 800 acres in the Appalachian Mountains. Incredible views. Enjoy the infinity edge pool, hot tub, sauna, 2,500 sq. ft clubhouse & our private 40 acre lake with sandy beach plus 7 miles of trails, just few minutes walk from the rental house. Built for $500.00 dollars "back-in-the-day," the Earlehurst Cottage was inhabited by The Carters, a humble, cute old country couple. Here, they raised two daughters. Today, the house is tastefully appointed where expected - & comfortable to modern standards - yet, it has been left as charming, rustic & cozy as it had always been: with elements of the original decor, windows, plaster walls, etc., being preserved.
