The Traveler

The Traveler features two bedrooms with full size and queen size beds, spacious living area with large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, outdoor furniture in back patio, fully stocked breakfast kitchen and a full bathroom with shower. This home also has complimentary soda, coffee, tea, and bottled water, breakfast and snacks. We take great care in making everything perfect clean for our guests. This 2BR cottage home is the perfect getaway. You may see wildlife roaming the partially wooded grounds. The surroundings are quiet, secluded, yet surprisingly close to stores, restaurants and other amenities. Close to Williamsport and the Little League Museum, less than 40 miles from attractions like Knoebel’s, Ricketts Glen, World’s End, Pine Creek, bike trails. Lots of local farmers’ markets, craft fairs, county fairs, antique shops. Great for couples, solo travelers and business travelers.

One of Lewisburg's oldest dwellings (1795), in excellent condition, airy and light-filled, view of river from porch. Backyard with patios, arbor and charcoal barbecue. Perfect for families or close friends visiting Lewisburg or Bucknell. We are moving to longer stays (4 night minimum) as we love to stay in our house too! *We have parking in the alley behind house, but if you park on the street, don't leave cars after 7 AM Monday--they tow! *Don't use walkway by stone house, it's not ours!

There is a lot of history in this valley. An old railroad turned into a biking or walking trail, will give you a look into the country. Or sit back and enjoy the quietness on the closed in porch. You are welcome to walk around outside. We live a mile down the road so if you have questions we are not far away.
